The Space
Our home features three inviting bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished to ensure a restful nightâs sleep. The master bedroom includes a comfortable queen-size bed, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the area. The second bedroom has two twin beds, and the third bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized bed. Fresh linens and cozy blankets are provided to you and all beds have brand new mattresses. We are sure you'll feel right at home!
The spacious living room is the heart of the house, with plenty of seating, a flat-screen TV, and a welcoming atmosphere thatâs perfect for relaxing or spending time with loved ones. The room is filled with natural light, giving it an airy and bright feel.
Kitchen & Dining
The fully-equipped kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze, stocked with cookware, and all the essentials youâll need to whip up anything from a quick breakfast to a hearty dinner. There are neighbors, including a long-time tenant in the apartment above the garage behind the home. Please know this home and driveway are completely private with no shared spaces.
We just ask that you treat our home like you would your own!
-No smoking of any substance inside the home. If you do smoke please do so outside and clean up any butts. Evidence of any smoke inside the house will result in an immediate $500 charge plus the cost of remediation. Extra charges will also apply for littering butts outside.
-Pets are welcome with a 2 dog max. Please select the pet option upon booking. There is an $80 nonrefundable pet fee.
We offer a 15-min grace period for late check-outs. After 15 mins, there will be automatic $50 charge for unapproved late check outs. Please ask us as soon as possible if a late check-out or early check-in is possible and we will do our best to make it happen. Please know that we cannot accommodate late check-outs when we have another guest arriving the same day.
