The Space:

Golden Hill Farmstay by Tiny Away is a charming farm stay in Rosedale – a gateway to the Discovery Coast, just an hour’s drive from Bundaberg. This pet-friendly accommodation is also within easy reach of the beautiful coastal towns of Agnes Water and Moore Park Beach.



Discover exciting attractions like the charming Getaway Garden Café, the tranquil Baffle Creek, and the idyllic Agnes Water Beach. With pristine golden shores and a variety of outdoor and watersport activities, these destinations are sure to delight every visitor.



A cozy 190-square-foot tiny home with a lofted queen-sized bed and a couch on the ground floor. It has easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes.



Guest Access:

Guests can access the tiny home and its surroundings, except for the land host's private residence.



Guests are welcome to explore our farm and engage with our farm animals, and we are also happy to arrange animal feeding times.



The Neighborhood:

Golden Hill Farmstay by Tiny Away is nestled in the rural town of Rosedale – a gateway to the Discovery Coast, conveniently located between Gladstone and Bundaberg, Queensland. This pet-friendly tiny house makes the perfect base for exploring the region’s restaurants, cafes and natural attractions.



Here at our farm stay, there’s plenty to explore nearby! Visit Seventeen Seventy Beach for great fishing and beautiful views, or head to Baffle Creek for peaceful waterways. Agnes Water is perfect for beach holidays and watersports, while Moore Park Beach offers 20 kilometers of sandy shoreline—great for 4WD at the north end and swimming at the south.



Or enjoy a taste of the local food scene with delicious pizzas from Round Hill Road Pizza Bar and classic seafood dishes at Captain Cook Fish and Chips, both popular spots for a relaxed meal after a day of exploring. For breakfast, brunch, or a coffee break, visit Getaway Garden Cafe, where freshly brewed coffee and wholesome meals make it the perfect place to unwind and soak up the laid-back atmosphere.



Getting Around:

By car: 40 min (80km to Bundaberg)

40 mins to Agnes Waters and Seventeen-Seventy

By public transport: No public transport available.

- No smoking allowed on the property/tiny home

- Breakfast and dinner is available per guest prior guest

- Please do not enter animal paddocks or yards without your land host's permission

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

- Pets are allowed by 24 hrs prior notice, and must be on leash at all times. The full policy will be sent before arrival.



Important note:



- BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property

- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our compost toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
