"Hotel très bon rapport qualité prix pour New York. Accès très proche du métro qui nous a permis d’être à 20 minutes de times square. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées, bonne isolation phonique. Par contre (comme très souvent) la cli est bruyante, (prévoir des boules quiès pour une bonne nuit). Seul bémol, pas de petit déjeuné servi mais tout de même une grande salle pour se poser si besoin."

"The hotel is great for its proximity to JFK airport however the shuttle service was a very long wait. Apart from that everything is great in the hotel very comfortable and a generous breakfast "

"Véhiculé, la localisation de l'hotel est décentrée par rapport au coeur de Flushing. Le prix du parking est très cher $40/24h contrairement à Sheraton la Guarda. Pas de proposition de petit déjeuner, café etc à volonté dans le lobby, mais machines en panne durant 2j !"

"L’hôtel est correct mais nécessiterait quelques travaux. Les alentours ne sont pas très jolis avec une voie rapide à proximité immédiate de l’hôtel et les premiers quartiers intéressant à 14 mn à pied. La ligne de est d’accès immédiat et très pratique pour aller vers Manhattan ou l’aéroport par exemple."

"The room was modern and the amenities were very practical (safe, mini fridge, and gym accessible at all hours). The staff was professional and friendly (especially the team that helped us with hot water on our first night). The location is very accessible, with the Metro line 7 to New York just a 7-minute walk away and a shopping center right across from the hotel. The housekeeping service was perfect, thank you! However, we did have a few "problems." When we arrived, we found a dry yellow stain on the toilet seat (we had cleaning wipes, but it was very visible...) and when we asked for a change of towels, one was covered in bloodstains. We showed the photos to the receptionist, who apologized. We found the breakfast very incomplete: bagels and slices of bread with only cream cheese, butter, or peanut butter as toppings... no ham, cucumber, or tomatoes. There were no hand towels and no cold water (which is important for people who don't want coffee, tea, or juice). There were steamed buns, which provided something substantial, as well as bananas. The breakfast manager made sure that everything was replenished. Our stay went well and I recommend this hotel, which, apart from the minor issues we encountered, met our expectations!"
