« This property was perfect for our stay to visit Berry College! It is a very short drive to the campus. Very convenient! The property is cozy and comfortable. Cleanliness was exceptional! Communication with the host was easy and Melissa is very friendly! She referred us to some local restaurants. My wife and daughter chose Provino's and we were not disappointed. Thanks, Melissa! Even if you didn't book to visit Berry, I think the location is great for anything you are wanting to do. »

« The host was very receptive and communicated well. We had some issues getting the check-in details, but were able to work it out smoothly after communicating with the host. Loved the house was pet-friendly, and had a fenced back yard for our pet to explore. We found the kitchen well-appointed, with plenty of amenities offered. The bedrooms were comfortable. We had plenty of space to spread out. The house felt clean and mostly updated. The owner might consider a privacy fence on one side...

« This property is absolutely beautiful! The views from Mt. Alto are amazing!! Inside of house was immaculate. However, the outside of the property needed some TLC. When we arrived, the battery to key pad to the entry door was dead. But, no trouble whatsoever when reaching the manager! She had someone out to replace the battery within the hour. « The value of the property was good, but water pressure was no good. There was no secure lock on front door. There were only four towels for a 2 night stay. Leftover bottled water in the fridge from previous tenants; some which have already been opened. There was no ac vent in the second bedroom, which made it very hot and uncomfortable.The house was nicely decorated and put together, great & safe location. A little extra TLC and I would have given this a 5 star review. »
