The Space

Every check-out, our beautiful, old-fashioned, and attractive flat is meticulously sterilized in accordance with anti-Covid regulations. I want you to have a great and relaxing stay while yet feeling safe. I am available to help you arrange transportation to and from the airport.

In the most exclusive neighborhood of Rome, you will be pleasantly greeted in an aristocratic medieval palace located in the most central location (Traffic Restricted Area (ZTL)), adjacent to the "Trevi Fountain" and "Spanish Steps."

 Our loft is a six-person flat on the second floor of a beautiful and historically significant 18th-century building that has recently been tastefully restored: although there is no elevator, you would have no trouble getting about and would only need to take a few steps. The apartment is wonderful, but its best feature is its fantastic location. Literally beside “Trevi Fountain” on a side street that is as picture-postcard a Roman street as you could find along with lots of Traditional and well-known bars and restaurants in the heart of Rome.

 You will have a stylish and well-equipped kitchen, along with all of the necessary cooking instruments and accessories for a romantic supper. A refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, quality dishes, glasses, coffee maker, and washing machine are all available. It also has a large table that can easily seat 6 people at the same time. Relax with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine In front of beautiful windows with a nice view of elegant and typical Roman streets while you are relaxing at home!

 The apartment offers two double bedrooms (one of which is significantly larger and has a sofa bed, making it appropriate for more than two people) and a lovely private bathroom with a modern and comfortable shower, bidet, hairdryer, towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
 The apartment is quiet and calm, great for a romantic weekend or a business trip. It offers the unique experience of living in an old-fashioned style yet modern and beautiful property in the ancient city of Rome. You have all you need to work remotely and can accomplish the smart job in a quiet and private environment. It comes with limitless and super-fast optic fiber internet WIFI, smart TV, air conditioning, and other amenities.

Our prestigious building is located in “Vicolo Scavolino” Street and therefore you will be immersed in the silence of ancient Rome and even though we are in the heart of the historic and commercial center of the city.
Ideal to discover Rome walking everywhere: Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Piazza Barberini, Villa Borghese, etc.). Nearby shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, laundries, private garages, metro, taxi. Also, in the middle of luxury shopping and trendy clubs (Via del Corso, Via Frattina, Via Borgognona, etc.).
You will be in the heart of the historic center of Rome and just a few metros stop from the Central Train Station (Termini). The apartment is located so much close to the Spagna and Republica subway and a 24hrs taxi service station.

Guest access

Upon your request, we may arrange you TRANSFER SERVICE from and to the airport and it would be something around 50-60 euro.
You can always reach us by the Red Line/Metro A- Barberini stop (650 m on the walk to the flat). and if you are looking for an experienced tour guide here in Rome, you have found the right place.
After each checkout, the flat is adequately ventilated and all of its surfaces are fully cleansed with alcohol in accordance with anti-Covid standards, and you will have scented linen and towels at your disposal.

Other points to consider:
Here are some quick check-in remarks that will be useful to both of us. When it comes to check-in time, I'm willing to be flexible (of course flexibility for check-in, depends on the availability of the apartment and the cleaning procedure). Anyway, my request is that you

 provide me with a precise arrival time at the flat.
 When you arrive, send me an SMS with the name of the airport, the number of passengers and luggage, and the mode of transportation you want to use.
 Also, let me know if you have any delays that will cause you to be late.

Guests are required to provide a copy of their documents as well as pay the tourist tax, and they can arrange for check-in in the following ways:
 Check-in is available from 3 p.m. through late at night, even after midnight. There is a 30-euro surcharge after 8 p.m. and a 50-euro extra after 11 p.m.
 Check-out is available until 10:00 a.m.
 If you need to arrive sooner, please let me know ahead of time and I will work with you to find a solution.

Please keep in mind that the flat is a vacation property and, as such, is subject to the Rome municipality's tourist tax (3.50 euros per day per person up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights)
