Superbe appartement avec jardin privé

À quelques pas jusqu'à une rue calme de la Piazza Barberini et juste derrière l'élégante Via Veneto, se trouve cet appartement de jardin, récemment rénové, avec deux chambres et deux salles de bain complètes dans un bâtiment historique de 1600.

La charmante salle de l'appartement d'entrée mène à une grande chambre avec de hauts plafonds voûtés 13 pieds. Le salon et la salle à manger sont décorées avec goût avec un mélange de mobilier design, de l'art et des antiquités. La cuisine gastronomique est entièrement équipée avec un quatre feux de cuisson au gaz, grand réfrigérateur et congélateur, four à convection, micro-ondes et lave-vaisselle.

La suite chambre des maîtres se composent d'un grand lit double de taille, concepteur bureau et armoire moderne entièrement équipée avec une commode intérieur, coulissant étagères à chaussures, la superficie et les étagères accrochants. Le maître de bain spacieuse dispose d'un sol en marbre travertin et les murs, et le mur accroché WC et bidet. La douche vitrée a trois option alternative de pulvérisation d'eau - de haut en bas douche, vaporisateurs pour le corps ou la main baguette détenue.

L'étude / chambre a un divano letto-pleine taille moderne pour 2 personnes, et un armoire pleine taille équipé suspendus crémaillères, tiroirs et étagères. Il ya aussi un mur accroché TV dans cette salle.

Le second bain comme le maître de bain, a des planchers de marbre et les murs, suspendues au mur WC et bidet et une cabine de douche en verre semblable à celle de la salle de bains.

Tant la grande salle et la deuxième chambre / bureau ont des portes menant dans un grand jardin privé. Le jardin a marbre travertin pavée assis et salle à manger, qui peuvent être utilisés pour le petit déjeuner, apéritifs, tranquillement à manger al fresco, ou simplement se détendre dans un bel espace extérieur privé.
Le jardin est planté avec des roses, de jasmin, camélias, de citronniers et d'orangers, ainsi que d'une frontière d'herbes aromatiques. Le quartier est tout aussi merveilleux.

The apartment is beautifully and comfortably furnished with a lovely garden and is very well positioned - there is public transport available nearby but we mainly walked everywhere. It was just the best place to stay for a fortnight and truly experience life in Rome.

Eine tolle Wohnung mitten in Rom; keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der spanischen Treppe entfernt. Großzügige Wohnung, die sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und vollständig ausgestattet ist. Den Garten haben wir nach unseren Ausflügen genossen. Eine Parkgarage ist um die Ecke; auch wird ein Abholservice vom Flughafen organisiert.

The property is nice at a great locationinside the apartment was alos clean. The only reason i did not leave 5 stars. There is major construction going on next door. It woke us up everyday at 7:00. Small patio in the back was paractically useless, caused by all the construction dust. Other wise it's a nice place.

This apartment is perfect for a couple staying in Rome for any period of time. We were there for two weeks, and we were extremely pleased with our stay. The location could not be better… near Piazza Barberini, where there is a metro station, critical for getting around Rome. Lots of neighborhood eateries, and the street itself is charming. The apartment has all the amenities you could want during your stay. We had difficulty turning the shower on and off… You might want to ask the manager to tell you the best way to do this. The only drawback was that there was some major construction going on around the apartment at the time we were there. The outside space is a real plus at this property, and we were somewhat constrained in our ability to use it because of the construction. I suggest checking to see what the status of the ongoing construction is as it was a major project taking place in the block where the apartment is located. That aside, which is obviously a temporary situation, this apartment is wonderful and we highly recommend it.

We stayed for a week in this fantastic apartment. It is even nicer than the pictures. Completely equipped and the outdoor space was perfect for meals and drinks. Check-in was easy and lots of information provided about the area. Good location to explore Rome and excellent nearby places for coffee, aperitivo and food. Highly recommend and we would come back.

The flat is very comfortable and greatly placed in Rome city center, close to many of the main monuments and still in a quite street. You can go almost everywhere on foot, we love walking, but if you don’t, the metro is around the corner (literally).

The property is beautiful and as described but the huge issue that made our stay uncomfortable was the lack of air conditioning. It was hot in Rome but that should not matter. There was only central air in the hallway, master and small vent in the living room. The vent in the second bedroom did not blow cold air so we could not sleep in the second bedroom. This was unfortunate. Although the master had a vent, it did not stay cool and we could not sleep with top sheet or blankets at night. I contacted the property manager and asked for fans but they did not have them or offer to drop one off. They did not send someone to look at the A/C unit. It would be a great place to stay if the air conditioning worked. When we relaxed in the living room we were sweating and stuck to seats. I would not stay here again in the summer. During the cool months, it would be wonderful.

This property is absolutely lovely and super comfortable, convenient, and centrally located in Rome. The apartment is large with lovely bedrooms and private baths for each room. Lots of restaurants nearby and a small grocery within 1 minute of walking. The host was most helpful with arranging transfers for us and assisting us with other needs. We stayed 5 nights but agreed that this is perfect for a longer stay!!!

The location waa perfect for our first time in Rome. It was close to other friends who stayed at the Eden Hotel. Close to a main road with lots of shops and places to eat. The property was exactly as pictured. It had everything we needed. We also hired a private chef at the suggestion of the host and they prepared an excellent meal for us and our friends. We sat out in the garden for dinner and loved every minute of our dinner. Next time We come to Rome we hope it is available again.

We had stayed in the area last year and found it so close to everything we wanted to do…including out favorite restaurant, Osteria44, so we wanted to book something in the same location. The property is as described and perfect for my husband, myself and my SIL. Everything was super clean and fully stocked. We didn’t even have to go out for coffee! That they even had a springform pan so i could make my lemon ricotta cake, was a blessing. If only the beds weren’t so comfortable, I ended up sleeping in and not being able to bake! Thank you John, definitely A++++ location and apartemento!!!

We spent a week in this great space. The property is in a great location. It is walking distance to main sites and has easy access to public transportation. The unit itself is well maintained, well stocked and clean. The photos are accurate. Management is responsive. There are many resources in the unit to guide you around the immediate neighborhood. A well stocked mini-mart is a few doors down. We would definitely go back!

Even with the long days and extreme temperatures of this summer our Rome stay was made so easy and comfortable in the apartment. Good sized rooms, comfortably and eloquently furnished , a super well equiped kitchen and good air conditioning in all rooms were as described. Location added to the ease of access to local restaurants and public transport. Communication with the agent at all times was excellent. We look forward to a return stay.

Rione lll Colonna is the loveliest and most comfortable apartment we have ever taken. It is spacious, so very handsome with excellent art and furnishings. The books are a marvel and the kitchen vies with our own for utility. The street is quiet. The apartment's location enabled us to go where we wanted by walking. The weather was something else, unfortunately. Heat radiated everywhere. Luckily for us, the apartment provided a perfect refuge with outstanding A/C and all those books!

The ground floor stylish appartement with garden is in our opinion in the best area to be in. Just around the corner of the Spanish Steps you almost can reach everything walking. The airconditioning definitely helped us being there on the hottest days. Since Rome was only part of a long trip, it’s pleasant to have a washer and dryer. Did I mention the books: there are plenty of books about Ancient Rome. I’m pretty sure we found our home away from home to come back to for years to come.

Excellent location and a great little apartment. The Manager was very responsive when contacted. All amenities existed. Some of the clutter on the desk in the master bedroom could be put away. Recycle and garbage bins could be labeled if important to the property owner. If the facility had a luggage drop off/storage for arrival and departures outside the check in/out desiganated hours it would have made the trip much more convenient although some flexibility was provided by the property manager

It had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was well equipped. The patio was super cute and we enjoyed it when it wasn’t raining. It was a short walk to the Spanish steps and Trevi fountain.

The apartment is in an excellent location near a parking garage and the metro and within walking distance to everything you need. Very clean & well maintained with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The patio is beautiful and such a plus in the city. Amalia was very responsive & easy to talk to. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

This apartment was very well equipped and had everything that you could need. We loved the outdoor space, particularly for breakfast and an aperitivo. Not only did it have a convenient washer in the basement but it had a dryer too- a rarity in Europe. Ámalia was kind to meet us early and recommended some great off the beaten track places for us to visit. We hope to visit again soon!

What a charming apartment, steps from Piazza Barberini and in the heart of things, yet quiet and peaceful. Amalia is an extraordinary host, warm, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic, and the apartment itself is well appointed and comfortable. We will certainly stay again!
