Il bénéficie d'une position stratégique à la fois pour les amateurs de shopping et pour les plus désireux de s'immerger immédiatement dans les beautés historiques de Rome; avec une très courte promenade, vous pouvez rejoindre la Piazza del Popolo, la fontaine de Trevi, la Piazza Navona, le Panthéon, la Villa Borghese et le Palazzo Barberini. De plus, avec quelques arrêts de bus, vous serez à S. Pietro, au Vatican. La station de métro Spanish Steps est à 300 mètres.

Giulia welcomed us warmly upon our arrival and walked us through the appartement which was neat and ready for our stay. The appartment is cosy, perfect for a family of four with two teenagers. It is decorated with taste and there is plenty of room to store clothes and luggage. All equipment worked perfectly. The position is top if you wish to be in the heart of Roma, there is nothing else to say on this! Also within a couple of minutes walking, a good supermarket, the metro, busses, taxis and plenty of good spots for coffee, aperitif and eating. A wonderful place to stay when in Roma, thanks Giulia!

This is an outstanding property. Right by Spanish Steps. Plenty of great restaurants and shops close by. Everything for your comfort is here. We fixed breakfast daily and everything needed was there. Landlord was very eager to please and booked our tacos for us

Best suite in Rome.

The unit was very well located near the Spanish Steps. The place was clean and better than expected. The host was amazing and answered all of our questions. She gave great advice on local restaurants and activities. I cannot overstate how wonderful this place was. We stayed three nights at the end of a month in Italy and this was a wonderful way to end our romance in Italy. Highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful apartment. The owner Giulia is wonderful, helpful and kind. Communication was immediate. The location is 10/10, everything was within a 10 minute walk. The street is charming, it was clean and modern. I will recommend this to everyone I know and would stay here again :)

Wonderful place, nice owner and great location!

This place is wonderful! It is a clean and bright apartment that is tastefully furnished with modern amenities and provides a comfortable place to unwind. The equipped kitchenette has a professional looking gas stove, nice oven and dishwasher. All the dinnerware and utensils are clean, perfect condition and ready to use. Everything works here – even the wifi is great! This is perfect for smaller families. There is great attention to details which makes it feel more like a home rather than a hotel. There is a small grocery store right around the corner and pharmacies are close by. It is in a safe neighborhood that is frequented by tourist families. There are hardly any cars as the street is narrow and filled with pedestrians and outdoor tables of surrounding restaurants. The numerous restaurants in the immediate area offer a good selection of dishes and most are not expensive (Pizza for around 15Euros). The location is amazing as it is just a few steps from the Spanish Steps and the designer shops (Chanel, Dior, etc). There is a huge McDonalds right next to the Spanish Steps. This apartment is also only a couple of blocks away from regular shops and a massive apple store. The owner is super nice and considerate. She is easily reachable and responds quickly to inquiries. She helped arrange for a taxi pickup at the airport which is very helpful after a long flight and absolutely no knowledge of Italian. A big thank you to the owner! We had a fantastic vacation!

Great location to walk to everything in Rome

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We walked everywhere. The neighborhood was perfect with restaurants and shops and all the sights was within 15 minutes to a half hour of walking. It was comfy and cozy and we felt very welcomed

Fabulous! We loved the apartment, the neighborhood is so charming, lots of restaurant options and a short walk to enjoy the Spanish Steps and we were able to walk to all of the main sites. The host was super helpful in getting us a car and quickly responsive to any requests.

Stop scrolling - stay here!

This apartment exceeded my expectations. I searched and searched for hotels, apartments, etc. in Rome before our trip. We were a mom and two teenage girls from WI. I was worried about where to stay - somewhere safe, clean and close. It was all three and more. The host was AMAZING! She helped me with several questions before we arrived. Also, it is close to so many things - we toured and would take a break from the heat back at the apartment. It was close to almost everything. Guilia (the host) was so so helpful, both before our stay and in the check in process. She is wonderful. I seriously mean, stop scrolling and stay here. I would most definitely stay here again and tell my friends to as well!
