The Trastevere district and the Gianicolo hill with its breathtaking views are at yuor finger tips.



Transportation: the villa is very well connected with a tramway, the n. 8, at 100 meters, with which in just 10/15 minutes you reach the heart of Rome, Trastevere and the historic center (Largo Argentina - Campo de\'Fiori - Piazza Venezia - Colosseo).
