Entièrement rénové et élégamment meublées, il est situé dans le coeur de Trastevere, via del Moro 7. Ascenseur jusqu'au 5ème étage, quelques marches d'escalier faciles et vous serez là-bas!
De grandes fenêtres dans chaque chambre vous permettra de profiter de la vue de Rome et ses monuments magnifiques.

L'appartement dispose d'un plancher en bois partout. Elle possède des fenêtres à double vitrage dans chaque chambre. Et une magnifique terrasse avec une table à manger.
Cet appartement décoré avec goût, est composé par:
un beau salon avec des canapés convertibles avec des lits, de la télévision;
cuisine avec lave-vaisselle et table à manger entièrement équipée pour 6.
Lave-linge, fer et planche à repasser.

Trois chambres et trois salles de bains:

Very nice long week end

We enjoyed a lot our stay in this appartment, very central location , the borough is very nice for a drink or an Italian dinner , we are a family of 7 and we could fit easily.

Appartement idéalement situé dans Rome

Très bel appartement, propre, moderne avec tout ce qu’il faut à l’intérieur. Belle terrasse. Sa situation est idéale pour visiter Rome et de très nombreux restaurants sont aux alentours. Tout est bien organisé par Raffaela y compris le taxi à l’aéroport. Il est vrai que certaines soirées, la rue est très bruyante mais nos fenêtres étaient ouvertes et il ne faisait pas suffisamment chaud pour mettre la climatisation. A noter la visite surprise d’une mouette et de son petit!

We have stayed in dozens of VRBOs. This one is clearly one of the finest! Beautiful place. Clean, spacious, fully-equipped and amazing views. I can't say enough good things. We loved it! We stayed with 5 adults. Also, you are right in the best area of Trastevere. The neighborhood is wonderful!

Great location, with exceptions….

The location is very central. You can walk to almost everything. However, the Travestevere neighborhood is party central at night. Tons of crowds, and very rowdy at night. Also, the shower in the main bedroom was broken, it sprays in all directions. Other than that, we had a decent stay.

We travelled with our two 20 year old sons and all loved it! The neighborhood was fun, amazing food on the same street, views were beautiful from all angles, and Raffaella responded immediately to any chats sent. We cannot wait to return and stay again.

Lovely apartment and staff!

We had an amazing stay. The apartment was just as advertised and provided the most beautiful view. The neighborhood was filled with young life and ambiance which translates to lots of night life, but being on the top floor allows for some distance from it at night. The staff was incredible! They helped us to secure a ride to the airport and answered all our questions. Amazing!

This is a great revovated terrace with awesome view, located in the lively area of Trastevere, bustling with restaurants, bars, cafes and walking distance to Pantheon, Trevi and Spanish steps. Rafaella is amazing, available and helpful nonstop since I booked months in advance with great recommendations too!

Trastevere Gem

This was our first VRBO in Italy and it was wonderful. Located in the heart of the vibrant Trastevere neighborhood, it was very close to some great restaurants, stores and Tiber River. Although on the top floor, the elevator worked well and allowed for easy luggage movement. The apartment was clean and views from windows were fantastic. The only issue was that due to neighborhood's nightlife, someone who is a light sleeper might want to bring AirPods to allow them to sleep better at night. But great place and we'd stay there again.

Bright space in convenient location

Perfect for 2 couples and student abroad. Bright, clean and convenient secure space. Rooftop was perfect for fresh air. Didn't mind a few extra steps from small lift/elevator after climbing monuments all week. Busy community with great food and lively night activity. Taxi stand near by made access to any part of Rome easy. Kitchen could've had coffee, but we didn't use it otherwise. Found beds firm, pushed twins together to make kings, linens nice, no cover sheet though. Definitely recommend for short stay in a great river-side neighborhood. Great communication with host. train and airport easy.

Center of Rome

Property is in the best location to see many Roman sites! Walking around the neighborhood was fabulous! Dinner recommendations were excellent! The condo was very nicely decorated and remodeled! The elevator only goes to 5th floor. We were on 6th floor. The view from bedroom one with double beds was fabulous! Air Conditioning was very new and convenient. Second bedroom was large with two beds. Third bedroom was very small. With two beds it was cramped. The owner was very helpful! She arranged transportation from airport and also back to port 1 1/2 hours! Prices of food in neighborhood was excellent and easy walk to restaurants and pharmacy. We enjoyed our visit!

Nice apartment and fabulous views

Stayed one night in Rome. This apartment was great. Top floor but had elevator. Everything you could need was in this apartment and the views were fantastic. Right outside are all kinds of shops. Next time I'm in Rome I'll stay here.

Dejlig lejlighed. Utrolig central beliggenhed midt i Trastevere med spisesteder lige udenfor døren. De skråvægge skal man lige vende sig til, og så havde været rart med parasol eller lignende på tagterrassen. Skønt sted !!!!

Great Place in the Heart of Rome!

We arrived at 9:00am on our check-in day, over 5 hours before we were to check-in. The host and the cleaning crew did everything they could to help us get checked in by 1:30pm. Communication was fabulous and we appreciated everything they did to accommodate our family. The location of the apartment was fabulous with tons of restaraunts, cafes, and shops right outside the front door. We were able to walk to the coliseum (About 1 mile away) the Trevi Fountain and a bunch of other landmarks during our short 2 day visit. The apartment was exactly as advertised and had 3 full bathrooms, an awesome roof top terrace and plenty of room for 4 adults. We would definitely stay here again when coming back to Rome and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to visit the area.

This stay was in a vibrant, active neighborhood, where you can walk out your front door and eat and shop - but high enough above the street where you can sleep, or relax on the rooftop patio quietly, and enjoy a glass of wine.

Amazing location. Bright and sunny. Need to be aware of Shorter angled ceilings.

This apartment had an amazing location. On one of the main streets in Tratevere with lots of restaurants, bars, and liveliness down below. There is a square just one block away that has live music/guitarist every night. It is a couple blocks from the bridge that crosses the river and a beautiful river walk with more restaurants as well. Easy to get to all the sites and locations from here as well. The apartment was a little on the small side for a family of six. It would be perfect for a family of four or five. The fifth and sixth person need to sleep in a little hallway in the back or on the pull out on the sofa. Another item to be aware of is the family room, kitchen and second bedroom all have roof line ceilings that go from about 6 feet angle down to 3 feet. My husband is 6 feet tall and unfortunately whacked his head on these shorter angled ceilings about 10 times while we were there. so just something to be aware of. But love the rooftop apartment because it was bright and sunny and you could see all the rooftops of Rome. So the angled roof line is just something that comes with the apartment. Spectacular Stay

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was an amazing experience. The communication with the host was speedy from the start of the booking. She arranged a car to pick us up at the airport, gave us local recommendations and helped us with a situation where we dropped something off the patio. She was always quick to respond. Place was beyond clean by the housekeeper Anna (who lives in the building). It’s a residential building in a fabulous location. Blocks upon blocks of restaurants, mostly limited by cars. Felt save the entire time and my teenage daughters LOVED it. Thank you for sharing your home and allowing us to make many memories.
