The house has a very quiet internal view, from which you can enjoy moments of peace, far from the cheerful chaos of the capital as the two windows overlook the internal courtyard of the building.

It has a spacious double bedroom with a 160 cm. wide bed, a small living room with a double sofa bed, a comfortable table for 4 people and a kitchenette complete with oven, refrigerator, cooking plate. The equipment of the house is completed by a large and modern bathroom with bidet, sink, large shower and washing machine.

The comforts of the house for rent in Rome include: independent electric heating / air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, Wifi and TV (Italian channels).

The area is full of services: in the morning the traditional Trionfale market takes place, numerous restaurants and cafes near the recently renovated Via Ottaviano, the large number of bus stops and the metro stop two minutes walk away make this apartment an excellent solution for spending your "Roman Holiday".

1) From October 1st 2023 the municipality of Rome introduces a mandatory tourist tax of €6 per person per night in cash
2) Late check-in after 8PM = €25 in cash
3) Evening check-in after 11PM = €50 in cash
4) Night check-in after 1AM = €75 in cash
4) Missed agreed check-in time = €30 in cash
5) Missed notify in case of delay = €30 in cash
6) Use whats-app to communicate with our check-in staff
7) Without cash on arrival it will not be possible to access the apartment, the cost of extras cannot be left at check-out
8) If our staff has to return to the apartment a second time because you do not have cash upon arrival, you will pay a supplement of €20
9) We provide a welcome kit for each guest, we do not restock or clean the apartments every day
