Lovely Apartment on the 3rd Floor
This is a home that is lived in by two generations of family. They are wonderful to work with and very helpful to make your stay enjoyable. We loved the quiet policy and were able to get out and about for food and other necessities as needed. Most stores/facilities were within a mile or so. We did not have a car and found it a bit difficult to call a cab to the location.........which is more residential in nature. The sea is about 2 miles away and can be accessed by a public bus system. We were only there for a few days awaiting our flight from Fiumicino to the US. We loved working with Vittoria to identify the taxi needs and other directions as to grocery stores and Farmacia's. We found the apartment to be lovely and well maintained and clean. The queen sized bed was enjoyable as well. We would highly recommend this location for anyone with a rental car and an open transportation accommodation. If you do not have transportation, you can use "iTaxi" to summon transportation as needed. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we enjoyed the comforts of an Italian home and lovely hosts. The only thing I will mention is the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. You will have to climb the stairs with your luggage as necessary. That would be the only challenge I feel some folks may have with this location. We loved the "wrap-around" balcony. It is very large and worked wonders for my wife to do her morning workout and enjoy the outdoors and the birds singing.
