Short stay in Rome

Flavio was very attentive and helpful. The property was exactly what we needed and the terrace was a nice addition. Great location to Vatican and metro. We had 5 kids who enjoyed very much playing on the terrace. The neighbors did not appreciate the noise they made playing out there.

Challenging communication

The stay was great, but check in was somewhat difficult as the person meeting us did not speak much English. If you speak Italian, this would be easy, but it was slightly challenging communicating due to my lack of language skills.

Perfect Location

The place is setup great and the location is perfect for visiting the Vatican and getting into the historic district by train. Easy to get in and out. Host was super friendly and engaged, giving us a bunch of restaurant recommendations. It was cold so we didn’t enjoy the large deck outside. It smelled a little like cigarettes in the common areas. It’s Europe after all. But we loved the spot and would book it again.

Wonderful

It was a wonderful experience. Being able to stay in an apartment in the city was great. Everything was in walking distance for whatever we wanted to do. The apartment was a 10 minute walk to the Vatican. We had access to stores, restaurants and anything we wanted. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. 3 nice bedrooms, a kitchen, and an outdoor seating relaxing area that kept everyone dry during a rain. Nice area with nice restaurants and a surprise massive set of food stands indoors around the corner. We'd definitely go back. And Flavio was great to communicate with!

Flavio went beyond and above to make our stay perfect. We had problems with our hotmail and he help us get whatsup, called for a van for our transportation to the airport, gave us information etc... The rooms are very spacious, and the outdoor is perfect even if it was raining. Thank you !

Wouldn’t give me the code to get into the apartment. The air was not on when we arrived and it was 100 out. Video cameras were recording in the kitchen and hallway - so strange! Host was very kind!

Nice 3 Bedroom and Bath Apartment near Vatican City

Our family (wife and I, our daughter’s family, and son’s family) of 6 adults and 4 young children (three of them 1-2 years old and needed cribs) stayed at this quiet apartment for 10 days. Each family had their own spacious bedroom and ensuite bathroom, and controllable air conditioner (which was needed in Rome in August). There is no living room but had a large outdoor patio area exclusive to just this apartment which was excellent, especially for the kids, and was used for our common area for eating, playing, and working, as needed in the mornings and evenings. The apartment is clean, light cleaning done daily with trash removal, along with fresh towels and bed linen changed every 3 days. Wash machine was nice to have for us to have especially with the children. Kitchen is a bit small but had everything we needed. Note there is a tourist tax of 6 Euros per day per person that needs to be paid in cash at arrival. Great location, especially for Vatican area that is walkable with many restaurants and shops in the area. Always felt safe. We used the Metro (subway) or buses mostly for getting to other sites Rome. The closest Metro station being about a couple blocks/300 meters away (Ottaviano station if open after construction) and several nearby bus stops. Only issue is the stairs in the Metro stations with strollers. Flavio, the owner, is very helpful and had good communication, especially with using the What’s App, app. Anything needed or reported was completed

Rome Holiday

Great location, especially for Vatican area sites. The apartment was perfect for our group of 7. We had 3 spacious bedrooms each with its own bath. the kitchen is small, but we ate out mostly. The outside patio is great and very private. Flavio, our host, met us on arrival and spent over an hour going over the details of the unit. The only glitch was no hot water on our day of departure. We would definitely return to this residence on any return trip to Rome.

Visit to Rome

The manager was great and super helpful throughout the entire process and visit. He made sure that we had everything we needed, and provided great information for us during the stay. The place is near the Vatican and many great restaurants and shops in the area. We stayed with a family of 7 and it met all of our needs during the 4 days that we were there. We were within a short drive of many of the main attractions in the Rome area.

Top host and beautifull apartmernt

We stayed with another family with 4 adultd and 4 Kids. The appartement was clean and ideal to Explorer the City just around the corner of the Vatican. Flavio the host was very friendly and Courteous. The terrace was ideal for kids to play and calm down after a long day of sightseeing. I'd recommend this apartment and would come back again. Great Location - Walking Distance to Vatican

Our First Time to Europe. First visit to Rome for Vatican Pilgrimage. Excellent stay. Space plenty for kids especially the outdoor area. Perfect for snack/gelato while the kids played after a day of long walks to Vatican. Plenty of eatery options around the area for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Shopping also within 10 minutes from location. Flavio and others were very accommodating with our enquiries and able to provide excellent service. Highly recommend.

Great Location near the Vatican with an Awesome outdoor patio.

No Internet. The Internet went down the day we got there so we had no internet during our stay. The place was very nice with Clean Bathrooms and a very cool outdoor area. Within walking distance to everything. Checking in was VERY difficult do to the Language barrier.

Near the Vatican

The rental was very close to the Vatican City. Super convenient. It was also close to restaurants, shopping, and grocery. Everything was walking distance. There were just a few steps to take to get to the apartment which was a good thing since I traveled with older family members that had mobility issues. The terrace was super nice. The rooms are spacious and bathrooms in each bedrooms are a plus. Flavio was accommodating and allowed us to leave our bags in the rooms early while the apartment was being cleaned. Not his fault. We just didnt realize we'd arrive earlier than our check-in time.

Excellent stay in Rome

The property was clean, secure and in an ideal location for the activities we planned during our two day stay in Rome. The room was clean, spacious for our party of 9, we leased all three bedrooms. The host was communicative, responsive, provided detailed instructions about the property and accessible via phone for questions. The host is accommodating. We would book this place again for our next trip to Rome 2025.

Excellent place for multiple families

We stayed here with two other families for a trip to the Vatican, and it was perfect! The outdoor living space was a great bonus to the clean, spacious rooms. Great location close to the Vatican and great restaurants. Especially, if you are traveling with a group, don’t miss out staying here!
