« We really loved the house, view, large backyard, and the way the space was set up. Unfortunately, it was touted as a fully stocked kitchen with no need to bring anything. We quickly found out the first night while trying to cook dinner, that there were no baking pans, only 2 options out of a set of measuring cups, only 1 side of the toaster worked, and there was only 1 serving/mixing bowl. « Really nice place. »

« We enjoyed our stay. Everything was comfortable and clean. The kids in our party loved the outdoor games and the game room. We used the movie room to relax as a family. House and kitchen were well stocked for our stay. The host was great to work with and always prompt to reply. »

« The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, tools, etc. The only issue I had with our stay was an obvious pet odor. »

« Communication was excellent. Everything we needed was provided. Furniture was comfy and could accommodate 6 people There was even a resident deer family in the yard to keep us entertained. Central location and easy access to everywhere we needed to go. Highly recommend »

« The property was very clean and set up for a pleasant stay. They host communicated timely and the location was close to downtown and some great restaurants »

« Clean place, easy location to downtown, quiet neighborhood, and host very responsive. »

« The listing for this property is not accurate. There is not a grill nor a fire pit. It also lists dining for 6 but there are only 4 chairs. In addition, it lists a desk chair, but there wasn’t one. There were no towel bars in the bathrooms to hang the bath towels. No hand towels were provided. The property needs a deep clean. There is also an ant problem as well as an issue with fruit flies. The proximity to 440 was convenient. »

« The house was in a great location for what we were in town for and fit our needs. I haven't been to Raleigh in a while and it was interesting to see how it's been changing. We brought our dog with us and were grateful for the fenced in yard. We all had a wonderful stay. »

« The property was beautiful, the host was responsive and kind. Would recommend to anyone! »
