Adventure Awaits is a charming mountain-view cabin offering a peaceful retreat in Rogers. Designed for up to four guests, this studio-style getaway features an open living area, a queen bed in the sleeping loft, a sofa bed in the living room, and one full bathroom.



The well-equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Additional comforts include Wi-Fi, cable television, board games, air conditioning throughout the cabin, and a private washer and dryer.



Outside, the deck and patio provide space to enjoy the fresh air and surrounding scenery. Whether you are planning a quiet escape, a fishing trip, or an outdoor adventure in Northwest Arkansas, this comfortable cabin offers a relaxing place to return to each day.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire cabin and property, including the deck, patio, kitchen, and private washer and dryer. No areas are excluded from guest use.



The common areas and bathroom offer step-free access. The queen sleeping loft requires climbing stairs, but a sofa bed is available in the main living area.



Parking is available for up to two vehicles. Entry is through an electronic lock with a unique code assigned to each reservation.



The Neighborhood:

Adventure Awaits is located in a peaceful, scenic area of Rogers surrounded by the natural beauty of the Ozarks. The setting offers mountain views and convenient access to nearby fishing and outdoor recreation while still allowing guests to explore the restaurants, shops, parks, and attractions of Rogers and Northwest Arkansas.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended for reaching the cabin and exploring Rogers and the surrounding Northwest Arkansas area. Free on-site parking is available for up to two vehicles.



Other Things to Note:

The cabin accommodates a maximum of four guests, and the primary renter must be at least 25 years old.



One dog is welcome, and the applicable pet fee must be included with the reservation. No additional animals are permitted without prior approval.



The queen bed is located in a loft that requires climbing stairs. Guests who cannot use the stairs may use the sofa bed in the main living area. The common areas and bathroom offer step-free access.



The home uses privacy-compliant noise-monitoring technology to detect excessive sound levels and occupancy. It does not record conversations.



Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., and smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.



Trash is collected on Wednesdays. All trash must be placed inside a trash bag, and each bag must be securely tied before being placed in the outdoor cans. Phillips Trash Service removes the tied bags from the cans rather than emptying the cans, so please do not place loose trash directly in them.



The property does not provide a grill, firepit, garage, or dedicated storage area.
