« Booked apartment for four of us to stay and at the last minute canceled our trip. Was forced to book another room not near our location and more expensive. Cost me hundreds more and instead of a 12 minute commute each day it became a 1 hour commute. Would highly recommend not ever using them. »

« You could not ask for a nicer quiet B&B and the hosts were amazing. You will be all by yourself as they only host one couple at a time. On Cottage Lake the facility is warm and friendly, and a little dated with the layout. It's private and breakfast is served at whatever time you want, and it's excellent! A very nice getaway that seems away from everything but only half hour-40 minutes or so from Seattle. »

« I got no rest what so ever at this place, loud music and people talking till almost 3am the whole building makes noise maybe being old but the pipes in the building creek. Its cool place to visit, but wont ever spend 150.00 on a night that wouldn't allow me to sleep in peace. »

« Beautiful high standard renovation of an historic property in a great location with excellent staff. The library is a great amenity with screenshare enabled big samsung tv, snacks and water, though I couldn't figure out the alleged cocktail hours. Excellent standard rooms though I couldnt figure out how to enable the handheld shower head. 2 great bars and a great restaurant. But best of all, the staff were fabulous. »

« The customer service at both the front desk and management was outstanding. They were so kind and went above and beyond my expectations of what a welcoming staff consists of. They showered my kids with attention and made sure we had everything we needed. They really gave the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area. »

« Incredible hotel and the one I will stay at moving forward. Beautiful entourage (from rooms, to restaurant to lobby), spacious rooms (with balcony!), very nice amenities in the room, spacious rooms, nice lightning, very comfortable beds. Awesome location too - very walkable environment! »

« Hôtel facile d'accès et bien situé pour se déplacer vers Redmond, Bellevue, Kirkland... Environnement de qualité. Parking gratuit. Personnel disponible, accueillant et aux petits soins. Chambre propre, bien aménagée, avec literie et de qualité. Petit déjeuner diversifié et copieux. Restaurant sur place de bonne qualité également. Seul petit bémol : une ventilation bruyante dans la chambre et difficile à régler. »
