« Quiet neighborhood that's a convenient drive to everything. Perfect location for visiting UNCW. One block off the river to sea bike path, bike to campus in 15 minutes. Also, a couple of good restaurants within walking distance and Reggie's 42nd Street music venue. We're very grateful to find a place that allows big dogs. And a plug for K9 Resort, a ten-minute drive from the house for a pet free day. »

« Well equipped kitchen including Keurig and crock pot. The home is spacious and comfortable. There was quite a bit of food left in the fridge from others but still enough room for our items. Parking is easy. Neighborhood was very quiet and convenient. »

« The owner was super responsive. Housekeeping could have done a better job. A whole load of laundry was left half wet in dryer from previous guests and dried laundry was left on closet floor unfolded. Simple, cute space, great shampoos in shower. Pool was a bit low on water but nice to relax in. Coffee machine, but no coffee there. AC worked very well in living room. Nice place overall. »

« The home was clean except for some of the cooking items were dusty. A couple of plates were dirty. The grass area in the yard had long and short screws on the ground. Very sharp. Also in the parking area. I have pictures of them. The windows in the living room were smeared and dirty. Not exactly what we expected. The bedroom had no place to put luggage. Very small area to hang clothes. Location was convenient. The people in the adjoining area were very loud at times. »

« We had a fantastic stay at The Bliss studio house. Nice and spacious for the 2 of us and practically new ! We were just a few blocks away from the venue where the wedding was being held, so the walk was enjoyable ! Thank you again, we will come back, that's for sure ! »
