The Space:

Step inside and discover a home designed for gathering and relaxation. The main-level living area flows seamlessly into the kitchen and dining space, creating an inviting atmosphere where everyone can spend time together. Sink into the leather power-reclining sofa or loveseat, stream your favorite shows on the smart TV, and enjoy the convenience of charging-capable end tables while taking in the comfortable, open layout. The second living area upstairs provides an entirely separate retreat, making this home especially appealing for larger families or groups. Furnished with a reclining sofa, recliner, club chair, and a large smart TV, this space offers plenty of room to spread out. Sliding glass doors open directly onto the upper deck, where peaceful cove views create the perfect backdrop for morning coffee, afternoon reading, or unwinding after a day on the water.



At the heart of the home, the open-concept kitchen and dining area make meals and entertaining effortless. The dining table seats six and connects naturally with the surrounding living spaces. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, featuring a dedicated coffee bar with both drip and Keurig coffee makers, plus an electric kettle. Guests will also appreciate thoughtful extras including an air fryer, crockpot, InstaPot, toaster, blender, and hand mixer, making everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners easy to prepare.



Outside, the lakefront setting truly shines. Multiple decks showcase incredible views of the water, while the private dock offers unmatched convenience for boaters and water enthusiasts. Whether you're launching a kayak at sunrise, spending the day cruising the lake, or gathering on the deck to watch the sunset reflect across the cove, Five Arrows Lakehouse delivers the ultimate Lake of the Ozarks getaway.



This home comfortably sleeps 12 guests between 4 private bedrooms



Bedroom #1 includes a king size adjustable Rise Home bed, a smart TV, private access to the upper deck, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a glass walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and direct access to the upper deck area.



Bedroom #3 includes a set of full-over-full size bunk beds, a twin size daybed with a twin size trundle, and a smart TV.



Bedroom #4 includes a king size adjustable Rise Home bed, a smart TV, private exterior access, and an ensuite bathroom with a pedestal sink and a walk-in shower.



This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Parking for 3 vehicles available.

o Parking is available along the seawall - please do not block the road.

o There is parking for 2 available at the back of the house but only accessed by a four-wheel drive vehicle. The gravel drive going down to the back of the house is steep with a couple sharp turns.

o Please park only in these designated areas and do not park in spaces belonging to neighboring homes or block the roadway.

o Trailer parking is not permitted.

• There is a dock available for guest use.

o There are two boat slips equipped with lifts. The lifts will not be avalibule for guest us and will be left locked in the down position for all guest visits.

 One is 24x12

 The other is 32x12

 There is a 12x12 open slip for PWC

o If bringing a boat:

 There are two options for boat ramps and trailer storage - Coffman Beach Access and LOTO Marina.

• This home is pet-friendly. We understand that pets are a part of your family, and we welcome well-behaved pets in our vacation rental. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly request adherence to the following guidelines:

o We allow a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Dogs only.

o Only dogs under 50 pounds are permitted. We do not allow pets over this weight limit. This policy is in place to help protect the property and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for all guests.

o Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $25 per pet, per day. Depending on your booking platform, this fee may or may not be included in your reservation total. If you are bringing a pet, please contact our Guest Services team after booking to confirm whether the fee has already been applied or if it needs to be added.

o Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and under the control of their owners at all times. Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or any disturbances to neighbors are not permitted. Pets should not be left unattended in the property unless in a secure crate or carrier.

o Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside the rental and in the surrounding areas. Any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly.

o Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds and sofas. Please bring your pet's bedding or crate for their comfort.

o Guests are responsible for complying with local leash laws and pet regulations. Pets must be on a leash when outside the rental property.

o Failure to comply with this pet policy may result in additional cleaning fees, Damage fees, or, in severe cases, termination of the rental agreement without refund.

o By bringing your pet to our vacation rental, you agree to adhere to these guidelines. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a pleasant experience for all our guests.

• Portable crib and high chair provided.
