Situated on Copano Bay, your own fishing expedition is only a short drive away at attractions like Goose Island State Park-four miles from the property. For additional fun, visit Fulton Mansion State Historic Site for a tour of a 19th-century mansion, or catch the ferry to Port Aransas Beach for some sand, sun, and waves. A day trip to Corpus Christi will provide plenty of popular attractions including the Texas Aquarium, USSA Lexington, and the Selena Memorial. With plenty of local restaurants, shops, and family activities including hiking trails, you’ll be situated in the perfect location for sights and enjoyment.

After an eventful day outside, wind down at your aquatic-themed holiday home. Put your feet up and take it easy in the living room while watching your favorite shows on the TV. When everyone is hungry, use the full kitchen with bar seating to entertain and prepare your favorite meals. Relax on the patio and add charred favorites to the menu using the gas grill, all the while basking in the warm Texas weather. You’ll have access to a private washer/dryer should you need to refresh for the next day’s adventures, as well as central air-conditioning and WiFi for added convenience.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
