• The waterfront location requires adult supervision for children
• Maximum occupancy: 8 guests for optimal comfort (5 adults and 3 kids)
• Quiet hours after 10:00 PM respect our friendly neighbors
• Parties and large gathers are strictly prohibited
• A rental agreement must be signed upon booking
