Located at the heart of Rockport, Sunset Breeze is in the perfect central location. This private condo is just minutes from the beach, Goose Island , and walking distance to all the complex has to offer. With a pool, 800 foot fishing pier, boat slips, boat ramp, Charcoal grills and a nice palaypa with picnic tables all around, Basketball Court and Pickle Ball Court you will never run out of things to do.
The Space:
There is a beach on the left side of the property where you can put a kayak in if you choose to bring one. It’s also just one mile from the grocery store for those last-minute supplies. Those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Goose Island Nature Park, The Big Tree and the many Wildlife Refuges within minutes of the house. There is parking for 2 vehicles and first come spots for your boat. The open floor plan of the living room with a sleeper sofa & kitchen provides space for your entire party to relax after a long day of fishing or sunning at the beach. The private deck is perfect for enjoying your catch of the day! The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances & basic cooking utensils needed to enjoy a night in. For the coffee lover there is a Kuerig and a Coffee Maker. On the main living floor there is a large bedroom with a Queen size bed and a large flat screen TV. The shared bathroom with walk-in shower is across the hall from the bedroom. Make your way upstairs to the primary bedroom there is a King size bed , flat screen TV and private en-suite bath. The third bedroom, which is also upstairs has 2 twin beds. There is also a washer and dryer located in the hallway upstairs.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
All linens, sheets and bath towels are provided and of high quality. This home is professionally cleaned and cared for after each stay with much attention to detail. Internet-ready TV’s and wireless internet provided.
• Kitchens are well equipped with basic cooking needs (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances). Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.
• A start up supply of toilet paper, (2 rolls per bathroom), 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 kitchen trash bags, 1 kitchen sponge, bar hand soap for each sink, dishwasher tablets (if the property has a dishwasher) and 1 bottle of dish soap will be provided. After that, the guest is responsible for any additional needs.
SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING:
Beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than two, coffee and coffee filters, spices/seasoning, extra dish soap, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sun block and beach gear.

Getting around Bayfront Kontiki 704 is easy with ample free parking available for two vehicles and additional spots on a first-come, first-served basis for your boat. While Rockport is best explored by car, you'll find convenient access to local attractions and amenities. For those arriving by air, the closest airport is Aransas County Airport (RKP), a short drive away. Major transit hubs are not directly accessible, but the central location allows for easy exploration of the area's offerings.

Please note: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We offer free parking for two vehicles. Additional spots for boats are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The property was clean, AC worked great, very easy access to property and local shops and restaurants. All that was provided was clean towels, plates and table ware. Beds were fresh and clean. The pool was great. We enjoyed our stay.

So much to do in the area without having to even get in your car and go anywhere. Clean and nice condo. Close to everything. Management was easily contactable. Everything we needed was there. Kids were happy. Wife was happy. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful condo. We stay at Kontiki every summer. This condo was nice but did not have any barstools to sit on at the bar. It also did not have a table on the balcony, only chairs. The pictures showed a table when we were deciding on a condo. We do always enjoy eating outside but were unable to do so this trip. We did have issues with a bad breaker box that was popping and making a frying sound and we were out of the main floor bathroom all day Thursday. So basically we were down to just one bathroom for a 3 bedroom. Felt like the communication was lacking when we reported it. Too bad for us it was not repaired until Friday morning. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Overall okay
We went over the 4th of July weekend and overall the stay was not bad. If you like to fish it's a great spot. There is a good size pool and pickle ball (we loved that). However, I do have a few suggestions. There are some severe soft spots on the floor in the downstairs between the kitchen and dinning area. It's so bad it’s a safety hazzard. Also, there we no details about having to submit an email with license plate details in order to park in the very limited parking spaces. We woke up the first morning to a warning left on the dash. We quickly submitted the details and had no other issues, but this should be mentioned in the check-in email. Communication is not great and cleanliness is lacking a bit. Overall, It was an enjoyable stay with just a few hiccups.
