Enjoy a comfortable stay in our welcoming first-floor apartment, featuring two queen-size beds, a full bathroom, a living room to relax in, and a kitchen for preparing meals during your stay.

For your convenience, a coin-operated washer and dryer are available in the basement. Please bring coins if you plan to use them.

The apartment is pet friendly with advance notice and includes two designated parking spaces marked with your apartment number.

Please note that other residents live in the building, so you may hear normal everyday sounds from neighboring apartments. We ask all guests to respect quiet hours and shared spaces.

You will have access to the whole apartment.

🐾 PET POLICY — PET-FRIENDLY HOME

We’re happy to welcome your furry companions! Please let us know how many pets you’re bringing and their approximate weight before confirming your reservation.

Pet Fees
• Small pet under 20 lbs: $125 per pet, per stay.
• Pet weighing 20 lbs or more: $150 per pet, per stay.
• Undisclosed pets: A $300 fee may apply, subject to Airbnb’s policies and applicable requirements.

Pet Guidelines
• Pick up and properly dispose of pet waste immediately. Uncollected waste may result in an additional $100 cleaning fee.
• Keep pets leashed in shared outdoor areas.
• Pets must be securely crated if left alone in the apartment.
• Keep the yard clear of pet waste, toys, and belongings, especially on landscaping days.
• Please prevent excessive barking and respect neighboring guests. You are responsible for any pet-related damage or additional cleaning needed.

Assistance Animals
Service animals are welcome. Pet fees and disclosure requirements do not apply where prohibited by Airbnb’s policies or applicable law. Emotional support animals will be accommodated in accordance with those policies and requirements.

📺 TV & STREAMING

Roku TVs are available for streaming. Cable service and live TV channels are not included. Please use your own streaming accounts and sign out before checking out.

⏰ CHECK-OUT

Check-out is by 10:00 AM so our cleaners can prepare for the next guests. Late check-out requires advance approval. Staying beyond 10:15 AM without approval may result in a $60 late check-out fee.

🚗 Parking Information

Free parking is available in the designated parking area at the rear of the building. Please drive around to the back of the building to access the parking area. Your assigned parking space is clearly marked with your apartment number.

Please park only in the space assigned to your apartment. There is limited parking available, with space for only two vehicles in total. Please make sure to use the designated space and avoid blocking other vehicles or access areas.

🐾 Pets
We’re pet friendly! Please let us know how many pets you plan to bring before confirming your reservation. Bringing an undisclosed pet will result in a $300 fee, subject to Airbnb’s policies and applicable requirements.

Please include emotional support animals when informing us about your pets so we can confirm any applicable requirements or accommodations.

💩 Clean Up After Your Pet
Please pick up after your pet immediately and dispose of waste properly. Keep the yard clean and free of pet waste, toys, and personal belongings so everyone can enjoy the space.

🤝 Respect Other Guests
Please respect other guests’ space and privacy. Keep noise at a reasonable level and avoid entering areas assigned to other apartments.

🚭 No Smoking
Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and in indoor common areas. Evidence of smoking in these areas, including cigarette butts, ash, or smoke odor, will result in a $300 fee.
