Lodges à Rockfish

« Good »

« Bed Bugs very bad....called to let them know. No offer of a reimbursement and no follow up. No coffee pot in the room. Was placed near the elevator in a smaller room than what I paid for and a gap of about 1 inch under the door. Its been three weeks and I am still healing from the bed bug bites. »

« Pas d'écoute du client »

« Très bonne accueil. »

« The amenities in the rooms were old and difficult to use. (Closet was rusty and hard to slide left or right). II was very disappointed with local policies that does not allow a local resident to extend their stay after 7days. I inquired if this information was online and was told it was not. »

« Very nice hotel »

« The room was clean. The staff was very friendly. While the breakfast was basic continental, it was very good. My only complaint is the building itself. Walls and floors paper thin. My door did not make a complete seal in the frame. »
