Central air conditioning keeps the indoors temperate no matter what time of year you visit. Whether you are grilling steaks on the private gas grill, soaking away tension in the hot tub, or sitting around the firepit, the outdoor area is always a favorite of groups that stay. Though the front outdoor deck makes a compelling case, serving as a great way to watch the sunset, thanks to the oceanfront being just a block away.
Bedrooms are evenly split between the two floors, and each is decorated in a unique way. The first bedroom is just off the living room and features a two-window view of the front yard. The second bedroom is just down the hall and features a mounted TV. The full bathroom between the two rooms (featuring a standalone shower and double sinks) can serve guests of these two rooms. Head down the stairs at the opposite side of the house - just off the kitchen - to find the next set of bedrooms. The third bedroom is just to the right of the foot of the stairs and features a two-bedroom view as well as numerous pieces of mounted art. The fourth and final bedroom lies at the end of the hall, and the bathroom between the two rooms featuring a shower/tub combination can serve the guests of both rooms.
