Vous aurez une vue imprenable sur le Pacifique et les Twin Rocks depuis le balcon de cette unitĂ© pour profiter de chaque magnifique coucher de soleil sur la cĂŽte de l'Oregon! Montez les escaliers extĂ©rieurs et installez-vous Ă  l'intĂ©rieur! En entrant dans l'unitĂ©, vous vous retrouverez au cƓur du concept Ă  aire ouverte, comprenant le salon, la salle Ă  manger et la cuisine, baignĂ© de lumiĂšre naturelle par les fenĂȘtres. Our stay at the beach house had its ups and downs. The unit matched its online description, but there were notable issues. I know it’s advertised as a pet-friendly unit, but the pet smell upon arrival was overpowering despite attempts to air it out. Beds were uncomfortably hard, and each bedroom had only one hard-to-reach outlet. If you need to plug in phones or a C-Pap, as my husband did, bring a power strip. One bedroom's window wouldn't stay open, and an outlet in the living room malfunctioned dangerously. Kitchen amenities were lacking, so if you plan to cook, bring your own cookware and cooking utensils. It did have plenty of plates, silverware, and glassware. Thin walls meant noise from neighbors was noticeable. The deck chairs and windows were dirty, likely due to beach proximity. We went and bought window cleaner so we could have a better view of the ocean through the picture windows and sliding glass door of the deck facing the beach. On the positive side, the location was excellent, offering stunning beach views and proximity to town and shore. The grill and other appliances were clean, and overall cleanliness was satisfactory. We had a good time despite the drawbacks and with a few fixes this could be a great little getaway.

We think possibly that this place had not been rented out recently before we arrived. All curtains were shut and we were hit with a very old, musty smell as soon as we entered. Even though it was raining, we immediately opened all doors and windows that would open to try airing it out! We opened curtains and found the windows a mess and mold in and around the window frames and cob webs between the curtains and windows. We were worried! We had our adult kids and our 13 month old grandchild coming to join us the next day! So we bought cleaning rags and disinfectant wipes and went to work trying to remove any and all mold we could and vacuumed the entire place hoping to remove some of the mustiness. We continued trying to air out the place, but continued to smell some of it throughout the week. We also had to wash the windows to be able to see the amazing view from our space. The bathroom was somewhat clean, although the baseboards were filthy and very visible how dirty they were. We understand that this is a pet friendly place, as that was one of the reasons we rented it so our kids could bring their dog with them. But we have been in other VRBO's that are pet friendly that do not smell! We did not feel we should be charged with a cleaning fee as we worked to make it livable. We would love to stay here again sometime due to the amazing location and views, providing they up their game cleaning the house thoroughly.

The location is perfect and #13 has perfect views of Rockaway Beach from the deck. And you can easily walk to the beach in a minute. The furniture, drapery and carpets are super out dated is the only reason I am rating this location a three. Would be perfect if the place received some updates.

A lovely retro condo that we love. My husband and I were married here 6 years ago when it was managed as a resort. It was very special to get to bring our two little children and two dogs to this great simple ocean front gem. I do wish it had a garbage disposal and a dishwasher, but otherwise, it has everything we need for a lovely relaxing vacation. The deck was very safe for my children which I appreciate!

Enjoyed the easy access to the beach. People were very friendly and it seemed like the dogs were friendly with each other. This only thing we would have to say that would might be negative would be, Some dog owners did not pick up the poop after their pets and there was 2 people that stayed that brought 3 extra families with them which just made it loud

The view and access to the beach were amazing. Felt like a safe area. The condo needs updating and new paint on inside. Bedrooms were small with no room to unpack. Baseboards were rusty. Vinyl on floor was pieced together with non matching pieces. Furniture was well worn and need replacing. Hard to tell what was clean. No dishwasher so we had to wash everything by hand before and after use. However, as stated earlier the view is beautiful.

Overall it’s a great property. Great views and access to the beach. It had everything we needed and was budget friendly. It does need updating and the couch is horribly uncomfortable to sit on.

The views are incredible! The house was cozy, comfy, and very welcoming for dogs. The private deck with ocean views was a highlight. We found the furniture perfect for snuggling up on, and the house is well stocked with dishes, cookware, games, puzzles, and books. The quick beach access made this an unbeatable location. We would absolutely book again!

Great location. As others have noted, but living room furniture is old. The cushions are shot and made the furniture difficult to get out of, so we sat at the table mostly. The heating system is old and it took a long time to heat up the unit, especially because the living room heat did not seem to work. We got comfortable enough finally. Didn't call management about the heat as we didn't want to be bothered. Otherwise well stocked and the view is great.

Expensive. The view and access to beach were excellent. Room was creepy. Not clean. Furniture was very uncomfortable in living room. Beds ok. We covered all furniture with sheets we brought from home. Brought Clara wipes which came away dirty from surfaces but allowed us to relax but, just not clrpean.

We had a good time and I would consider staying again despite the honestly unacceptable condition of the unit (nearly everything had issues aside from the very comfortable beds). Why? Because it has a nice covered deck with an amazing view, and super easy 1 minute beach access. These are the two most important factors for us, so we were able to tolerate an indoor space that is not just dated (as shown in listing photos) but also dirty and in disrepair. Poor service from the property managers as well, we called and spoke to someone twice with a few small requests (a fan, extra towels, toilet paper) which they completely ignored. A partial list of the major problems: - Unit was not properly cleaned, we found trash from a previous guest under the couch and one of the beds - Baseboard heater in living room has peeling paint and is ~50% covered in rust - Severe water damage and possible mold on ceiling above shower - Florescent ceiling light in living room (only light) suddenly stopped working, came back hours later, one bulb is is cracked - Chair in living room was not only old but the upholstery was very dirty and stained. Couch was old and uncomfortable but in decent condition. - Bedroom window would not stay open without something to prop it up If you have a crawling baby or toddler I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere - the floor is NOT clean. If you care a lot about the quality/cleanliness of your accomodations, you will likely be dissatisfied. But if, like us, you are willing to sacrifice and stay in a dump in exchange for an amazing deck and location, you may be able to tolerate the major issues here. P.S. I did notice they are renovating some of the other units - worth checking out.

Picture windows look over the beach to the ocean. Although in a complex with other units, it was very quiet. Steps from walking on the beach. Also a short walk to small stores, bakeries, etc.
