« Everything was extremely clean, easy, and comfortable at this property. It had everything we needed, from toiletries to kitchen items to good WiFi to plenty of hot water. The location was fantastic: super easy on/off the highway to connect to Banff Town and the Park. There's not plentiful space for 4 adults to relax on "comfy" furniture in the common area apart from utilizing the kitchen table, but we didn't need that. Highly recommend. »

« A little tricky accessing the website that had all of the details/check-in, check-out information, especially when wi-fi was sketchy. Once we found it, it was great, just as pictured. Site said some queen beds but all were kings. Looks like they are in process of continuing some updates so will be even better once they finish. No extra garbage bags, owner said someone would drop them off, then said no worries they would take care of garbage. Remote location, great yard! Need a car to get any...

« Overall, it is a good value and comfortable stay. We arrived a little early and were able to enter the unit. It hadn't been cleaned from the prior night, a last minute booking that didn't make the cleaning schedule. Thankfully we were there early and the cleaning crew were still there working on other units. The cleaning crew I spoke with was so kind, thoughtful and apologetic.
