« Quiet hotel, only a few miles away from NOVI Suburban Collection Showplace, where we had our meetings.
Welcoming people, comfortable rooms.
L Georges Coney Island, a good family restaurant for breakfast, is only 100 yards away from the hotel. Other fast food restaurants also available in the nearby. »

« Although room was remodeled, floor was dirty and sticky. Bathtub was dirty and cracked, while toilet was unstable.
The main problem was we found and took photo of bedbug incident which we reported immediately to the property staff. The property manager called the proprietor who apologized and assured us that our stay will be compensated.
Three weeks since the incident, nothing received.
Messaged the hotel twice through Expedia and not a single response.
Called Red Roof relations to file a...

« The room was adequate (matched the price I paid) - lots of parking, easy check in and check out, but I was slightly disappointed with cleanliness - mildew around tub edges, stain on sheets, no stopper in sink, just general neglect to details - again, I got what I paid for. The major negative was the shower had to settings when running - scalding hot or freezing cold - no way to just have warm water. I expect just two amenities when I book cheaper motels - a clean bed and the ability to shower....

« It’s not my thing to be judgmental or harsh, and as a former Marine I am well versed in how to make just about any situation work in a pinch. Thus, if you need a place to sleep and shower only, this hotel could meet that need.
But….very minimal amenities to speak of and messy and unclean environment (hallways, laundry room etc.
Staff were generally helpful but not always immediately available, so lots of unnecessary waiting in line time.
I requested a room change after the first night...

« It was overall pretty cool. I slept great both nights. I wish they had the free breakfast like most hotels for the money that you pay, but again overall its good. Clean and well maintained. »
