« We enjoyed spending a week here. The place was charming and definitely tucked away down a quiet street surrounded by mountains. Our host Maria was easy to contact. We only met her once as she was mostly out of town when we were there but she was gracious enough to let us see the 4 alpacas up close and feed them. « The location of the property to restaurants was great. However, the property is tucked away on a side street. If arriving after 7 pm, guests should be told not to drive past the Pizzeria on the right since house numbers are difficult to see in the dark. »

« very nice vertical house in center of old town. great location near restaurants and coffee shops. very clean. easy access and departure. not a property for people who struggle with stairs. hot water in showers is a little tricky. shower in one of the bathrooms needs a door, and washing machine could use some written instructions. overall, we enjoyed it, and recommend it with the few caveats already mentioned. »

« Ein wunderschönes Haus in absolut ruhiger Lage. Wir haben uns im Haus und um das Haus herum, sehr wohl gefühlt. Wie schön häufiger erwähnt ist der Weg zum Haus sehr steil, doch unser kleiner Twingo, hat ihn sogar voll bepackt gut gemeistert. Rosario ist ein "patrone molto gentile". Er hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und war um unser Wohlergehen besorgt. So kam er sofort zur Hilfe, als das WiFi einmal nicht funktionierte. Die Majella Berge sind grandios und ein herrliches Wanderrevier. »

Sapendo che arrivava un bimbo di 2 anni il proprietario ha avuto premura di farci trovare il riscaldamento acceso.la casa accoglie benissimo 2 adulti e 2 bambini/ragazzi in quanto c'è una camera matrimoniale e una cameretta con letti a castello( non c'è possibilità di unirli). « The location of this property in Sulmona is great for getting around to nearby cities (we had a car), walking to restaurants and/or stores or just for an evening pasegiatta along the main street and piazzas. It’s a great, walkable town with wonderful, friendly locals that make you feel right at home. The wifi in the unit is great!
