"Wir wollten Ruhe und Entspannung was wir dort gefunden haben. Dennoch war es nicht weit zum Meer. Pierro der Gastgeber, welcher ebenso im Hause wohnt, hatte wunderbare Sightseeing Tipps für uns. Auch die Lokale, die er uns empfahl waren immer eine sehr gute Wahl. Das Haus hatte alles was man braucht. Kleine Reparaturen wurden immer sofort erledigt. Wir fühlten uns rund herum wohl."

"Durch Zufall fanden wir dieses wunderschöne Haus. Für uns war es ein Glücksgriff. Ruhig gelegen mit einer traumhaften Aussicht. Der kleine, gepflegte Ort Cossignano mit wichtigen Dingen des Alltags ist schnell zu erreichen. Die Landschaft erinnert uns ein wenig an die Toscana, jedoch mit den 2500 m Gipfeln der sybillinischen Berge im Hintergrund und dem Meer in nur 20 Minuten Entfernung. Für uns eine tolle Mischung. "This property had everything. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking ware and dishes. The bedrooms were comfortable. Everywhere was clean and well decorated. The hosts were so friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The area is beautiful, peaceful and quiet. We stayed a month and it wasn't long enough!"

"Ilva’s home was fabulous. The views were amazing. Ilva was an absolute delight and we constantly cursed our lack of Italian as we would have been able to communicate so much better. Ilva was a fabulous hostess and checked in to make sure we were okay. The house was charming and lovingly decorated. On leaving we had issues with car, Ilva drove into Sarnano to meet us and called a mechanic. Truth be known we were sorry to leave."

"The property is set in the most beautiful scenery, and you really get to experience the real Italy. It was such a well design villa with a superb art collection and decor. Being right in the hills meant the view was always changing, and amazing to just sit and watch. The pool was amazing and a welcome cool down from the August heat. The local towns were great and all the locals were just lovely, even teaching us bits of Italian. Try the coffee as you won’t be disappointed with the espressos....

"The view alone is worth staying in this apartment. San Ginesio is a lovely small hilltop city and we were right in the heart of it. The apartment is beautifully appointed and Valentina has done a wonderful job of stocking it with the necessities for a comfortable stay. Everything is within walking distance and parking was less than a block away. Great place to stay."

"What a lovely house. The outdoor eating area is perfect for a large group, especially because it stays in the shade all day long. The bedrooms are comfortable (fans were v useful in the heat!) and the bathrooms are lovely. We really enjoyed cooking in the well-appointed kitchen and using the delicious herbs growing in the garden. The ice machine was a godsend! I baked bread in the mornings, ate and swam all day and slept like a log. We experienced fireflies, the cat, golden orioles and wild...

"We had a wonderful week away in this stunning house and grounds! It is very rural and quiet with fantastic views all the way around! It’s the perfect place to relax. Gabrielle was lovely to deal with, which made the whole process so easy. I’m already recommending it to my friends."

"Property is a 5 minute drive out of town. The nearby town, Amandola, is a great base as it has pizza restaurants, bars, gelato shops, and lovely bakeries for breakfast pasteries that open at 7am. The house is large and spacious. Bathrooms are clean and bathroom suites are new and showers are great. Towels were not changed during our week long stay and neither were the bed clothes. There is a washing machine and tumble drier so you can launder them yourself. Kitchen is well equipped and modern....

"The house was as described and shown in the images. If you have mobility problems beware the short but relatively steep drive and the 10 or so steps up to the patio and entrance. The weather was pretty hot but the house was naturally cool with thick stone walls. There was an enormous dining table and an adjacent comfortable seating area which strangely had no lighting though we moved a couple of table lamps around so that we could read. The kitchen was well equipped apart from pans to suit the...
