« This place was so much nicer than a chain hotel. Our room was nicely decorated and comfortable, king size bed, fireplace and a large balcony overlooking the harbor. Continental breakfast in the lobby with other guests and a great cup of coffee is a great day starter. We have family living in Grand Haven so, we're sure to be staying again! »

« Check in staff was unprofessional and smelled of cigarettes. The ac unit was ridiculously loud and moldy. All the walls and furniture looked abused and the toilet ran all night. The bed was clean as far as i could tell, but hard as a rock. The room we got faced the street, which was busy at all hours of the night and there was no noise dampening at all, thin blinds and no curtains to block out all the noise. Apparently people also love there, and come down the halls yelling and fighting at 2 am,...

« All went well. carpet in the room at the main door and bathroom door was freyed and loose. Also tile in bathroom was broken down behind the door. workmanship in bathroom tile was bad. Everything else was fine. Jim Keller 105 »
