« We arrived at 23.30pm to be told they had no booking for us and the hotel was full!
I showed them an email from hotels.com showing the booking was confirmed and paid in full. After 20 minutes and a lot of determination from my husband, they gave us a room booked to someone else whose card was not accepted! I hope those people didn't turn up looking for a room. »

« The hotel is very dated. The staff are very friendly. It was quite clean but being a Towncenter hotel it was extremely noisy through the night into the early hours of the morning and then to cap it off workmen started work on the McDonaldâs opposite at 6 am in the morning, so Iâm not a great night sleep. »
