  • Notre maison est une propriété en front de mer sur West Bay Beach à Roatan. Qui a été élu «Top 5 des plus belles plages» et «Top 20 lieux de retraite» et «Top 10 des sites de plongée» dans le monde par USA Today. Roatan a également été choisi par TripAdvisor comme la meilleure destination à visiter en 2018, présenté par le New York Times comme "53 Places to Go en 2008", et dans le Wall Street Journal comme "Hot Spot for 2008".

    Ceci est une maison à deux niveaux. Vous pouvez louer la maison entière ou par niveaux individuels. L'unité à l'étage peut accueillir 6 personnes. L'unité en bas peut accueillir 2 personnes. Le niveau supérieur a deux salles de bain complètes et une cuisine séparée. Le niveau inférieur a également deux salles de bain complètes et une cuisine séparée. Un cuisinier et une femme de ménage peuvent être mis à votre disposition moyennant des frais supplémentaires par jour. Nancy travaille avec nous depuis plus de vingt ans.

    Il y a beaucoup de transats dans la mer en bas; Il y a des livres, des échecs, des dames, des jeux de société pour la famille, et plus encore, disponibles pour passer du temps en famille et se reposer.

    Profitez des Caraïbes à vos pieds. Littéralement! Une plage privée avec de l'eau turquoise et un ciel azuré vous attendent. Des plantes tropicales luxuriantes et des fleurs verdoyantes entourent cette villa conçue pour se fondre dans la nature. Hamacs chaîne de palmiers et de couchers de soleil flash un vert très incroyable, brièvement dans l'après-midi. Vous pouvez prendre seulement trois minutes pour nager dans la deuxième plus grande barrière de corail du monde, une aventure sous-marine très sûre et tranquille! Ou prenez une promenade de dix minutes au parc national de Gumbalimba, qui a un insecte et offre une promenade à travers une bioreserve tropicale, la plongée «Snuba» pour des enfants, et des excursions de canopée sur des lignes de Zip. Peu importe ce que vous voulez faire, que ce soit facile, ou d'aventure, tout va bien sur West Bay Beach.

    La vue de notre Emerald Beach House est à couper le souffle et apaisante. Le pont est l'un des meilleurs endroits pour profiter du coucher de soleil et des brises et des sons des Caraïbes. Les fenêtres le long de la maison en font une villa très lumineuse et ouverte, la seule disponible en privé avec une véranda donnant sur l'océan sur la plage de West Bay.

We had an absolutely wonderful 10 days here. The location of the home is perfect and has everything you need. The house manager and supporting stuff are amazing. We had Nancy cook us dinner nights and they were the best meals we had the entire week. There is a beautiful shaded porch and yard area for lounging away from the beach, and the beach is right there in front of the house. If we ever return to West Bay this is where we will stay, no doubt.

Great property! Right on the beach with access to restaurants and beach bars. Omar the driver was great also. Excellent location. Will definitely stay here again. Easy check in. Pictures do aboslute justice to the property. My favorite was the ability to wake up each morning and grab a dip in the ocean from the front door.

We had the best week at Casa Kennedy. The host, the manager, the groundskeeper, were all so helpful and nice. Nancy and her daughter cooked dinner for us one night at it was amazing!! They were great cooks and great company. We had a few hiccups with the WiFi and power but that is to be expected with island life. Everyone was immediately there to fix the problem and make sure we were taken care of. This crew is fabulous I will not stay anywhere else! The people, the house, the views and the beach cannot be beat. Miss it already!

Location, location, location... There is not a better home on West Bay Beach. The convenience of walking to restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner was incredible. You can also get a quick water taxi to West End for other retaurants and shopping. Some of the best snorkeling is right outside the house. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The numerous trees were also nice for shade on the beach. We will definitely book this house again.

The house was great! Wonderful location and clean and ready to go when we checked in. The host was great and very responsive. It is located just steps away from the beach, restaurants, and a small grocery store our family of 4 kids and 2 adults had a great time.

We were a group of 9 friends and your house was awesome. The outdoor patio on the 2nd floor was a big hit. Nancy was a great host. Johnny The yard guy was the nicest person you could ever meet. Always with a smile. Beach was right out the door but far enough to truly enjoy your privacy and freedom. We are working on a return trip in the future. Thanks for everything

Just returned from an amazing week at this beach house with our adult kids and their partners.Perfect location right on the beach.West Bay can get a bit busy when cruise ships are in port...but this property allowed us privacy on the beach for those few hours.Awesome sunsets right in front.Omar picked us up and dropped us off at airport. He was extremely helpful.Nancy the House Manager made us 2 delicious dinners. The host is always available to help with any questions.Can't wait to return to Casa Kennedy!!!Thank you!!!!

We stayed for 6 nights, we had 7 adults and 1 child. Could not ask for a better house. It had everything we needed and everyone was comfortable in their own space. The location could not be better. Quick access to the beach and delicious food. Hopped a water taxi right out front, store 2 doors down and private beach. We hired Nancy to cook for us breakfast and dinner for 5 days. It was the best food we had. Her food was amazing and fresh. She really made the trip extra special. She also made sure to get us a cake for our friends 50th. She put candles and decorations on it. If your in doubt hire Nancy!

Amazing location for families -with easy access to West Bay Beach , water taxi , and many local amenities , Nancy is an Awesome cook and housekeeping support, and Ovel is great at property maintenance .

Don’t hesitate to book

We were 4 couples for 10 days, excellent walking location to everything we needed, Very comfortable space inside, kitchen is well equipped, the covered deck area was very beneficial so we could be outside in rain or sun, outdoor shower was convenient, great beachfront area with shade was a big bonus, all communications with host before & during our stay were promptly answered, no surprises or disappointments.

Excellent location with direct beach access. The beach in front of the house is nice. Great snorkeling, if you walk a few minutes on the beach to the south.The house is comfortable and clean. The Hostess (Nancy, she doesn't speak English, so we mainly communicated via texts) is an excellent cook - highly recommended to order food from her. There are also a few good restaurants near the house.There is a supermarket with basic items next door, but you may want to drive to the West End for shopping. If you need a larger store, "Comercial Ramirez" is the place to go.I'd recommend renting a car

Stunning beachfront gem

Lovely property with amazing ocean view. Very comfortable with large wrap around deck that provides both sun and shaded areas. The house caretaker Nancy was lovely and communication with home owner was excellent.

Beautiful place

House was perfect for our vacation needs. Right on the beach everything within walking distance. Obel the grounds keeper amazing keeping us ready to go daily, Nancy the cleaning person was so polite and there when needed. Host was quick in communication even with time change! Highly recommended for families, big groups or events.

Wonderful location!

The house is perfectly located and very comfortable. The host is very quick to respond and connected us with Omar and Nancy. Omar is so friendly and knowledgeable and so helpful getting us around the island. Id highly recommend having Nancy cook a meal for you when you stay. The food was wonderful and she was made both nights so special. I highly recommend this house!

Incredible beach house & location. In the heart of it all is a sanctuary with everything you need. The house was fully stocked with towels, beach towels, spare books/games/sunscreen, plenty of filtered water jug replacements, stocked kitchen plates/glassware/coffee makers/blender/pans/serving bowls. Home was very comfortable. It was loud some nights from the delicious Argentine restaurant next door but that is part of being in the heart of the action; I would take laughter over staying in a hotel listening to people above or beside anyway. Staying in this house was really smart. We went to a grocery store after we landed but there is a great store just a few doors down with everything you will need. We cooked a lot from going fishing & buying fresh local produce from a store not too far.We felt safe with the camera system that faces down the stairs & the lovely security guards that are outside watching the group of homes. The yard person came & picked coconuts for us! It was amazing drinking fresh coconut water everyday. Also, it was fully climate controlled in every room which was nice. There were 8 people in our group; 4 adults & 4 teens and we could've had at least 2-4 more people. The home is spacious.Appreciated the bolted hidden safe to keep our things in.I feel like I could go on & on. One thing I do regret is not asking the host for airport transport; I could've saved some money by using her contact but I had already booked & payed another company.

Amazing location

We had a group of 8 stay in the house with grandparents in another rental nearby. This place was the perfect meeting place. The owner connected us with Nancy who prepared most of our meals for us and did the shopping. She was part of the family by the time we left. Her meals were spot on and we could not have asked for more. All of our expectations with the house were exceeded. Access to the beach was the best on the beach.

Best Private Home on West Bay

Location, location, location. Best location of a private home this size on West Bay. Beautiful view of the ocean, right on the beach, with shade trees to spare. Everything worth doing is within arms reach....beach, restaurants, shopping, snorkeling, water taxis, you name it. The coral reef and sea life were amazing....great snorkeling....such beautifully colored fish. Roatan isn't a 5 star resort type of island, it gives you the real island vibe and was exactly what we were looking for and if that is what you want, I highly recommend staying at the Casa Kennedy!
