Located just west of downtown, it’s close to the Roanoke River Greenway, local restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, and outdoor recreation. Main Street is nearby, making it easy to explore downtown, Grandin Village, and the rest of the Roanoke Valley. It’s a great home base for experiencing the city while still enjoying a quieter residential setting.



Getting Around:

The neighborhood is served by Valley Metro bus routes, with stops nearby providing access to downtown and other parts of Roanoke. Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are also available throughout the area.



If you enjoy walking or biking, the nearby Greenway provides a scenic way to explore the Roanoke River and connect to other trails and neighborhoods. A car is recommended for exploring destinations throughout the greater Roanoke Valley, but you can easily enjoy many local attractions without one.
