« Did not get proper instructions for check in process through Expedia. Also, no parking available at private property location. Had to park 2 blocks away from property and pay extra 30 dollars for which should have been included with renting property. Overall very disappointed and will not use Expedia again »

The management company who rents units out for travelers is different from the company who owns and operates the building. « ALL staff that we encountered was exceptional and what you would expect from a hotel as nice as the Fidelity. Superior double queen bed was perfect for my family of 3 and CLEAN. Short walk to a lot of restaurants, the ballpark & a lot of the city’s downtown attractions. We will definitely stay here again! »
