Start the morning relaxing in the hot tub, warm up in the sauna, or brave the cold plunge. Spend the afternoon challenging everyone to a game of pool or ping pong, then settle into the private theater with stadium-style seating for a family movie night. When the sun goes down, head outside and gather around the fire pit in the large backyard.

A Home Made for Groups

The home offers two separate full kitchens, making it especially convenient for large families, multiple families traveling together, reunions, or extended stays.

Sleeping arrangements include 2 king beds, 3 queen beds, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, couches, and air mattresses, allowing the home to accommodate groups of 16+.

You’ll also have high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, a dedicated workspace, washer and dryer, and plenty of free parking.

Skip the movie theater trip and enjoy one right inside the house. Our dedicated theater room features stadium-style seating for six, a large projected screen, streaming capability, and surround-style entertainment with a subwoofer.

After skiing, hiking, sightseeing—or simply because you’re on vacation—enjoy your own private wellness setup.

Soak in the hot tub, relax in the sauna, or cool off in the cold plunge. It’s one of our favorite parts of the property and makes the home enjoyable during every season.

Pool, Ping Pong & Backyard Fun

There’s plenty to keep both kids and adults entertained. Challenge your group to pool or ping pong, enjoy the large backyard, play outdoor games, or spend the evening around the fire pit.

Instead of everyone disappearing into separate hotel rooms at the end of the day, this home gives your group places to actually spend time together.

Meet the Horses

One of the most unique features of the property is something you won’t find at a typical vacation rental—horses right on the property.

With prior approval, guests may have an opportunity to feed the horses, creating a fun and memorable experience, especially for families with children.

Supervised horseback rides may also be available by appointment for an additional fee.

For everyone’s safety, the horse area is separate from the guest area and should never be entered without authorization and supervision from a horse specialist arranged by the host.

Located in Bluffdale, the home puts you between Salt Lake City and Utah County, giving you a comfortable home base for exploring northern Utah.

Privacy & Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire home, front yard, backyard, and listed guest amenities.

We respect your privacy and provide self check-in, so you can settle in and enjoy the property at your own pace. We’re available through the app if you need assistance during your stay.

Because horses live on the property, a member of our property team may occasionally pass through the side gate to access the horse area and turn their water on or off. This typically takes only a few minutes and is handled with minimal disruption to guests.
