« The location is nice, but not worth the high price, the space is too small for cooking a meal and there is not table to sit, so it’s a glorified hotel sweet. They will be watching and if you have one extra person to visit you will receive a threat of getting removed from the property. « Everything was good but make sure you check your emails and messages when you have cell service if you are traveling. Wellman is a dead spot for Verizon. We had to drive back to Kalona to good enough service to access our messages. »

« Great house. Just as advertised. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. Kitchen was well equipped and everything worked great. Very close to shopping and many food options. Great location close to university, hospital and Iowa athletic events. We will definitely stay again when in town. »
