Beautiful billiards room to unwind, play a friendly game of pool and enjoy the bar. Or head to the gorgeous family room to watch your favorite tv shows and movies on the 70 inch flat screen or create funny memories playing from a range of family friendly and adult oriented board and card games for your entertainment.

We have designed this charming home to have all of your essential needs while you stay!

Boasting 2,328 square feet of cozy living space, whether you're spending time with family or friends, this home will make you never want to leave.

**Additional Cost for Heating Spa**
You must reach out to the host to have the spa heated in advanced.
Spa ONLY- $50 per 4 hours.
Pool may NOT be heated. If you heat it you will be liable for a $500 charge per day of use for the gas bill.
You may NOT use the water heater before payment. If you use the water heater without permission or payment you will be liable and charged accordingly.
If you would like the spa heated before your arrival please reach out to the host with appropriate notice.

PETS
Unfortunately we do not accept pets at this time.

HOME LAYOUT
Follow along closely- when entering the front door, you will walk into the foyer to the open design among the dining room, kitchen, and family room.

LIVING ROOM
Sink into the sofa after a long adventurous day by watching a movie/show on our SMART 70” TV. If you would like to have access to streaming services, please remember your passwords.

KITCHEN
Fully stocked with all of the kitchen necessities you need to prepare a great meal at home. You will find a gas stove with 5 burners, oven, and a full-size refrigerator to fix meals for your group. Prep time? The vast kitchen counters offer plenty of granite counter space for all of the chefs in the kitchen. Visit a local farmers market or grocery store and then enjoy preparing a delectable meal.

+There is a hot water kettle, 2-way stainless coffee maker, coffee, tea, sugar, and an assortment of creamers.

+Toaster, rice maker, Baking dishes, Spice rack, Olive Oil, and Vegetable Oil and much more!

BEDROOM ONE (Main)
The “main bedroom” is outfitted with a king bed, 65inch SMART TV, two bedside touch lamps w/ USB port, a ceiling fan, luggage rack, and a closet.

+Located in the closet is a pack n play that you can roll into the main bedroom.

BATHROOM 1
The main bathroom has a stall stand alone shower, sink, sperate bathtub and amenities, including a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, We provide makeup towels as well.

BATHROOM 2

The shared bathroom includes a bathtub and shower combination, and a single vanity sink with storage. We provide shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, and makeup towels
BEDROOM A
Two Queen-sized beds, a touch bedside table lamp w/ USB port, luggage rack, ceiling fan, desk, table and printer
BEDROOM B
Two Queen sized bunk beds with a ceiling fan, wardrobe, side table with lamp and an air conditioning unit
BILLIARDS GAME ROOM
Perfect for adults to sneak away to enjoy a friendly game of pool or Tic Tac Toe. As your make your way towards the pool area, don't forget to stop by the bar and fix yourself a drink. We have a variety of cocktail recipes for you to try out. (Please note that we do not provide alcohol)
ARCADE GAME ROOM
This game room is for kids and adults. Participate in a friendly competition while playing basketball hoops, foosball, arcade games, ping pong, air hockey. Do you enjoy board games and cards? We have a variety of games for you to enjoy!

OUTDOOR SPACE
We hope you love the outdoors just as much as we do! We have designed this space with relaxation in mind. The outdoor patio space allows you to sit under the stars and enjoy time with friends and family. There is outdoor dining available for 6 guests at the table. Next to it we have an outdoor lounging area. Take a dip into the cool pool or relax in the spa. We have zero gravity chairs for you to tan in the sun. There is also a relaxing fire pit area.

+CHILD FRIENDLY
The home is child-friendly, and to make your life easier, we have a pack n play, children's dinnerware, and a highchair for you to use during your stay.

LAUNDRY ROOM
We provide a free washer and dryer for your use with laundry pods.

DISCLAIMER: Exterior Video Surveillance cameras are located at the front and back of the home. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other policies per VRBO guidelines. It is in no way to infringe upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited. If you would like for us to turn off the camera in the backyard prior to quiet hours, please notify us.

Please note that cameras are only monitored, within quiet hours and upon guest arrival. No camera footage is reviewed until guest have checked out to ensure 100% privacy!

Other things to note
HOUSE RULES & FAQs...
-We politely ask that you treat our home and community with the same respect you do in your own home.
-Please respect courtesy quiet hours from 10 pm - 8 am.
-Only guests who are on the original booking are allowed to stay overnight.
-Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
-The home is a non-smoking and recreational drug-free space. Do not smoke cigarettes, vapes, or cigars while on the property. +A fee of $1000 is charged if we identify that someone smoked in the residence.
-No more than 3 cars allowed per booking. NO PARKING IN FRONT OF NEIGHBROING HOMES.
-Lock the front door and garage game room door each time you leave the home by pressing and holding the Schlage icon as well as lock the sliding glass door and laundry room back door. Also lease turn off all lights when not in use.
-Do NOT move the pool table positioning as it is professionally set and leveled in place for optimal playing ability. If the pool table is moved and/or damaged guest will be required to pay to have it re-leveled and/or repaired.
-Please shower before entering the pool/spa. No children allowed under 4 years old in the spa.
-No pets.$250 fine per detected pet.
**Please notify us prior if you’re bringing a Service Animal.**

***Disclaimer** If house rules are broken, your booking will be cancelled with no refund and you will be liable for any and all damages/repairs.

Check Out Procedures:
-If you use the washer/dryer during your stay, please clean out the lint tray.
-Please load the dishwasher and press start before departure. You will find dishwasher pods under the sink.
-Please place all USED towels in the laundry room before departure.
-Please throw away everything from the refrigerator and cabinets prior to check-out in the trash bin.
-Please power off all of the lights, electronics, and both AC units.
-Please lock all points of entry on your way out including the garage game room.

Our stove is fully functional however in order to use the front 2 burners you must use the gas ignition from any of the 3 back burners. To operate, please use any of the back burner gas ignitions, then while it is clicking on the “lite” position you may turn on either front stove burner, and once lit you may turn off the back burner if you are not using it.
