Management is nonchalant but one desk attendant was really nice . A young black guy. Would never stay at this hotel again. Only booked because of the shuttle bus to the hospital. Don’t book because if the price . Spend that extra $20 and go somewhere better. Thank me later »

« The staff was very helpful. The lobby was beautiful, and the restaurant next door was, too. However, the rooms are dated and look worn out. The fridge in the room would randomly start rattling loudly enough that it woke me up multiple times. They were pet friendly and the place was clean. Good location. »

« Great location, a few minutes walk to the civic center. Plenty of good food options around the area. The staff is friendly and helpful, rooms and commons are clean, loved the breakfast menu. »

« Very old bathrooms, okay bed, old TVs, ac not adequate. I hope someone buys the hotel and updates it because the Kahler used to be a gem. Staff were helpful and not the issue. »

« Coming to visit the Mayo Clinic was a difficult journey, yet every single employee we had contact with was amazing! We felt well cared for and our every need was met! The breakfast was wonderful each day; the front desk folks were always helpful and thoughtful. We greatly appreciated the rides to various parts of Mayo whenever we needed to be there. We will definitely return. »

« A bit of an old, confusing building, but the staff did their best to make it comfortable. »

« The kitchen setup and laundry setup was excellent. The bathroom vent fan did not operate. The 2 chair setup for television viewing was small and uncomfortable. As well as there was no setup for a cup of coffee while watching tv. The location of television and the limited wall cable length restricted the ability to position the tv screen to enable viewing from the bed. The bed mattress was very firm. The location of the hotel to the hospital is excellent. »
