Parking:

Guests may park up to 3 vehicles only in designated guest parking areas. One vehicle may park parallel directly in front of the garage, but the car cannot block either neighboring resident's garage. Up to two additional vehicles may use the available street parking within the neighborhood (but not the parking lot for apartment residents). Any vehicles beyond 3 must find legal parking outside the neighborhood. Illegally parked cars are subject to towing at the vehicle owner's expense.

You may park directly behind the garage of the unit. The entrance to our unit is located at the front of the house, so after parking, please return to the front door. For this unit, there is no parking inside the garage (as it has been converted into a game room). Thank you for being considerate of our neighbors and helping us keep all resident parking spaces, garages, and driveways clear!

The garage door must remain closed at all times, and vehicles may not ever be parked inside the garage. This is because the garage has been converted into a fantastic game room -- get ready for hours of entertainment with friends and family!

To help us keep the arcade room in great condition, please do not place drinks on the game tables. Remember: Please power down electronics when not in use and return all game pieces immediately after use so nothing gets lost for our next guests. Have a wonderful time!
