« Pool, closed. Ice machine, out. Laundry room, OOO. Tv in our room, not working at all. Fine, it was a one night stay. My mom’s room had flooring. Doesn’t look like they ever moped it. Ever! We had carpet. Not too bad. Beds were comfy. Big and spacious room. Good for a day, other than that, I don’t know if I would stay there. Staff in registration were so nice! »

« We enjoyed our stay at Lake Belton! The location is ideal and close to Temple Park, it’s convenient to get to town, and the place was clean and very comfortable. Communications and check-in were very clear! We will be back! »

However, while the room appeared to be clean, the shower smelled sour and the bathroom floor had some moisture on it (like they didn't dry it completely after mopping) and I had to wipe it up with tissues to deal with the slipperiness. The worst thing was thebed -- dressed with cheap, slimy microfiber sheets, which felt even worse because of the damp, humid room. HORRIBLE! Also, the pillows were useless (too soft). « We have been to lots of hotels around Killeen for work and this is one of the best. Only wish it came with free breakfast. Big plus that it has a hot tub. »

« The outside property was clean and well Lit. The upper walkway was disgustingly dirty from spills. The room was okay, safe but the bathroom was gross to me. A plus there were no roaches….. tv worked well pillows were not good, no fitted sheet just a flat sheet kind of gross. They do have a washer and dryers that were nice. The office smelt old or something… they could have a really nice property, and whatever they clean the floor with is sticky and my socks were gross. They do have break fast...
