Appartement Dom Horizon

The Dom Horizon apartment is located within the DOM Residence, which can be reached along the uphill road that leads from Lake Garda to the Ledro Valley, a few kilometres from the city centre.

This position makes the apartment special, being situated at the foot of a striking cliff on one side and with a view of the northern part of Lake Garda on the other.



ENTRANCE

Once you reach the entrance of the Residence, you proceed along a straight downhill road to reach the apartment, which has an external unreserved parking space.



LIVING AREA AND KITCHEN

As soon as you enter the Dom Horizon Apartment, you will be welcomed by a bright living area, consisting of an internal lounge, furnished with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs and a large flat-screen smart TV, and featuring large windows overlooking a private internal garden with terrace.

The lounge is directly connected to the large kitchen with an internal dining table.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, hob, dishwasher and all the necessary accessories for cooking.

The external terrace, with an external dining table, is accessible from the lounge or from the kitchen, overlooks the private garden and offers a reserved corner for outdoor dining.



BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS

The apartment has two bedrooms for a maximum of 4 guests.

The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds, both equipped with air conditioning.

The two bedrooms share a large walk-in wardrobe.

The sleeping area is completed by a large bathroom with a bathtub.



OUTSIDE

Not far from the apartment, accessible via stairs, you will find the large communal swimming pool, reachable by a short climb. The pool is divided into two areas. A deep section for adults and a shallower zone dedicated to children. It is surrounded by a large garden and enjoys an extensive view of Lake Garda below and the overhanging rock.

The pool is available from 15.06 to 01.09.

In the covered garage area we have a space where you can store bicycles.



THE AREA

From Residence Dom you can walk down via a wide path to the centre of Riva.



At Riva del Garda it is possible to experience many different activities, thanks to the combination of lake and mountains. Nature lovers can walk the trails that climb towards Monte Brione or venture as far as Lake Tenno, immersed in evocative landscapes.

The waters of Garda instead offer the opportunity to practise sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing or simply explore the lake by kayak.

Those who prefer quieter moments can stroll along the lakeside, stop at the small city beaches or visit the parks and gardens of the centre. The city also preserves important historical testimonies, such as the Rocca di Riva with the MAG Museo Alto Garda, as well as churches and palaces that tell of the past. Finally, the local food and wine tradition allows you to discover extra virgin olive oil and Garda wines, often offered for tasting in the cellars and restaurants of the area.

The cities of Rovereto and Trento are just tens of kilometres away whilst Verona is approximately 80 km away and Venice 200 km away.
