Villa Ambra is located near Ripatransone in the southern area of Le Marche, in the province of Ascoli Piceno.
The beautiful beaches of Grottammare are just a 10-minute drive away, with long stretches of fine sand bordered by bicycle paths and framed by a charming seafront promenade lined with palm and pine trees. It's the perfect place to take a leisurely stroll and enjoy a tasty break in the many chalets and restaurants overlooking the sea.
Further south are the beaches of San Benedetto del Tronto, one of the most popular seaside resorts in southern Le Marche, famous for its tree-lined promenade, marina, and the lively atmosphere of its summer street markets, seafood restaurants, and seaside clubs.
As well as the coast, the area boasts extraordinary rolling hills dotted with art cities and historic villages, where the eye is lost between the countryside and the sea.
One such village is Ripatransone, a charming town perched on a hill, nicknamed the 'Piceno Belvedere'. From here, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the two valleys below, stretching from the Adriatic Sea to the Apennine Mountains.

Adjacent to the pool is a spacious sunbathing area furnished with sun loungers and parasols, as well as a pergola equipped with additional sun loungers and a table football, providing the perfect spaces for relaxation.
The terrace in front of the kitchen features a large gazebo equipped with tables and chairs, providing an ideal setting for outdoor dining. Another gazebo houses an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, two induction hobs and a sink — perfect for preparing and enjoying tasty barbecues on summer evenings.
The large panoramic terrace on the first floor offers an additional relaxation area, perfect for enjoying the long summer days in total privacy.
The property is fully fenced and can be accessed via an automatic gate. There are two parking areas: one near the entrance gate and the other near the ground-floor entrance to the house.
Villa Ambra is a stunning property in Le Marche, designed to accommodate up to 14 guests in a setting of great comfort and timeless elegance.
Recently renovated with great care, the villa features fine materials and local craftsmanship, including travertine and parquet flooring, custom-made wooden furnishings, exposed brick arches, and wooden ceiling beams. Modern furnishings in warm tones blend harmoniously with the traditional architecture to create an elegant and cosy atmosphere, with large, bright spaces that are perfectly cared for.
The villa is spread over three floors, which are connected by an internal staircase and lift to ensure maximum comfort and accessibility.
The lower floor consists of:
- a living room with comfortable sofas, a TV and a French window with direct access to the garden;
- a dining room, also with a French window overlooking the garden;
- a fully-equipped kitchen with oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. From here, there is convenient access to the outdoor dining area located in the gazebo in front of the kitchen.
- a half bathroom;
- a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, iron and ironing board.
On the ground floor are:
- the main entrance and a living area with sofas that also serves as a hallway;
- a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower and access to a patio furnished with outdoor armchairs;

The villa is equipped with air conditioning, insect screens on the windows and an outdoor video monitoring system.

The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly linen change; pool towels; final cleaning; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); air conditioning; Wi-Fi; pool and garden maintenance; policy "Easy Rent" (additional insurance coverage for accidental damage to the property, up to a maximum coverage of € 3.000,00 and subject to limitations).
