RELAIS NISPORTINO - BORGO AI PINI VILLA

A real Relais in the wild heart of the Island of Elba, a country structure where you can take a break from a long journey, on the coast of Nisportino a few hundred meters from its beach. The Residence is divided into 3 distinct blocks, Borgo Alloro, Borgo la Fonte and Borgo ai Pini. The main block Borgo Alloro offers 10 two-room apartments, some with 2/4 beds, others with 2/5 beds and a three-room apartment with 4/6 beds; Borgo la Fonte offers 3 two-room apartments with 2/5 beds; while Borgo ai Pini has two villas, one smaller and one larger.

A structure immersed in a wonderful landscape of Mediterranean scrub, within a private estate. In a panoramic position near the sea, the apartments are about 350 meters from the free beach made up of gravel and pebbles, reachable either on foot or by car, an ideal destination for lovers of snorkelling, diving and boat excursions. It is a place full of charm and charm, ideal for those who want to enjoy a holiday in absolute tranquility, rediscovering a wild and uncontaminated stretch of coast. Being a cove, the wind does not agitate the sea and it remains a table. The bar/restaurant on the beach is an excellent base both for aperitifs and for swimming (from which to enjoy unique sunsets!). The water is wonderful and colorful (it is no coincidence that it is one of the beaches of the Costa che Shine), through the panoramic route (looking at the sea on the right) you can reach a point where you can admire the bay from above.

Near the Domus Alloro, a swimming pool with solarium area is available from 15/06 to 15/09. Mandatory shower before entering the water, use of cap and slippers in the solarium area. No games.
Entrance includes one sunbed or deckchair per person while supplies last.

We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours of the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and dishes at check-out, carry out separate waste collection and dispose of it.

Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and tax code, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residential address to complete the customer record. The data is mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation by us, with a penalty for the guest.
Villa 10 beds Sea View with covered veranda
Located about 100 meters away from the pool, in a cool but sunny position. The living area consists of a living room with dining room and sofas and a large and modern separate kitchen. The sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms, two triples (double with 3rd bed), a double and one with two single beds joined together. There are 3 bathrooms, all habitable and all 3 with shower. Guests have access to a large equipped outdoor porch with sea view. The villa is surrounded by a garden with spontaneous and typically Mediterranean vegetation.

Important Notes:
- groups of Young People under 21 years of age are not allowed
- check-in from 16:00 to 19:30 and check-out by 09:00; for check-in after 20:00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- only small/medium sized animals are allowed, with a cleaning supplement of € 30.00
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 15:00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- groups of Young People under 21 years of age are not allowed (family welcome)
