Welcome to Casa Arcobaleno, a cozy apartment located on the first floor of a small house with just three apartments, in a quiet area conveniently located to the center of Rio Marina and the sea. The apartment is spacious and close to all major amenities.

The apartment features a single bedroom in the bunk room, a second bedroom in the attic with a double bed, and a single bedroom with a single bed.

The bathroom has a shower and washing machine, and this living area offers a living room with a fully equipped kitchen.

To ensure maximum comfort throughout the day, Casa Arcobaleno is equipped with two air conditioners, free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and on-site parking. Approximately 50 meters of exercise space are also available in key areas.

The location is one of the apartment's main advantages: within just a few minutes' walk, you can reach the beaches of Rio Marina, the town centre, supermarkets, shops, cafés, and restaurants, making a car unnecessary for your daily needs.

Check-out: by 10:00 a.m.
Bed linen and towels: Bed linen and bathroom towels are not included. They can be rented upon request by notifying us at least 7 days before arrival. The rental cost is €40.00 for the double bed linen set and €7.00 for the towel set. Collection is available only at our office in Portoferraio.
Pets: Not allowed.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
