Your reservation guarantees the private use of all accommodation. If you receive guests (within the limit of guests), we only ask that they are identified in advance.
Our apartment has been designed to offer the comfort and security of a complete home. On the day of your arrival, at 1pm, you will receive the password or door key. If you need anything, do not hesitate to contact us! Our team is ready to help from Sunday to Sunday, from 8am to 8pm.

Valet Service: If you wish, our valet can help with cleaning during your stay (R$ 120 for up to 4 hours). Give 1 day’s notice.

YOUR ACCOMMODATION:
Our apartment on the 4th floor offers 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom, overlooking the back/front. It has double bed, double sofa bed, cable TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, electronic lock, household appliances and hot water.
There is private parking 1 block from the lodging, in Rua Santo Amaro 33 and also at 80, see the price before. For families with babies, we lend portable cot and bed linen (request 1 day in advance), plus beach chairs. The change of bed linen and bath is made every 7 days (request 1 day before).
Enjoy the privileged location, with great restaurants, lovely views, proximity to the beach and easy access to transport and shops.
SIMPLE CHECKIN & CHECKOUT!
The check-in is done remotely, with password, from 14h to 17h. If you need early check-in or arrive after 17h, let us know in advance. We will do our best to help!
On the day of your arrival, at 1pm, we will send you the password. Make sure you have Wi-Fi to receive it. Any special need, please inform us as soon as possible.
For the safety of all, we will request photos of guests' documents 2 days before arrival (their data is protected by LGPD).
The check-out is autonomous: just turn off the appliances and close the door until 12h. If you need late check-out, see availability.

Mobility: for bus, subway and train routes.
Avoid using a car, the city is very congested and parking is expensive.
We can pick you up or drop you off at the airport, port or bus station. We use mid-size sedans and licensed drivers.
We can also take you to the Lakes Region or Costa Verde.
