For everything to go smoothly, we ask that you pay attention to the house rules and notices:



⚠️ The tenant must provide a list with the full name and identity document of all people who will stay in the apartment, respecting the maximum number of guests in the reservation. Anyone not on the list will be denied entry by the concierge.



⚠️ Important: if the necessary documents for check-in are not sent at least 24 hours in advance, there may not be enough time to release access. In this case, check-in can only be done the following day.



⚠️ The concierge is not authorised to store guests' luggage, but if you wish, you can leave your baggage at our agency.



⚠️ Making noise from 22:00 onwards is not permitted (Quiet Hours).



⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclables in different bags.



⚠️ Use the service entrance and lift when moving around with luggage or swimwear.



⚠️ When leaving the apartment, check that you have switched off all electrical equipment. In case of non-compliance, the owner may deduct £100.00 per day from the security deposit.



⚠️ Check-in from 15:00 and check-out before 11:00. For early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.



⚠️ We provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 towel per guest. Bed linen and towel changes can be arranged separately. Avoid products that may damage the items: any damage may be charged to the security deposit.



⚠️ All guests must send their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.



⚠️ There is no daily cleaning during your stay. If you are interested, please check the availability of this service.
