Adults only! Hidden gem vacation property nestled into one of the highest peaks in Rincon, the entire property is composed of 7 suites (2 Garden Ground Level Rooms, 2 PH Balcony Rooms and 3 Private Pool Desecheo Suites) + ocean view infinity pool, sun deck, lounging areas, outdoor seating areas and outdoor shower, mountain top with views of adjacent towns, beach, ocean and mountains.
*Up to 16 adults only, no visits are allowed.
*Hilltop property, the entrance is steep, the roads are narrow.




We will share important information, rules, directions and are available to assist guests before and during their stay through our chat. Expect Ocaso's maintenance person in the common areas, mostly early mornings ensuring everything is up to par for the day.

Your adventure awaits narrow roads and steep hills to get to our countryside location. Expect potential outside noise from nature and neighbors. Rural area close enough to the beach (20 min) & ride to downtown Rincon (15 min).

We are not a hotel, please inquire with any questions.

Guests who book this listing will enjoy the privacy of having the entire property all to themselves. Maintenance & pool person may come extra quietly, usually early mornings.

The property has 7 suites to accommodate up to 16 guests.

Four suites located on the main building:

Garden Apartment I (2 adults) queen studio
Garden Apartment II (2 adults) queen studio
Penthouse Apartment I (4 adults) queen one bedroom + sofa bed
Penthouse Apartment II (2 adults) queen one bedroom

Three Desecheo Suites have a separate gate around the mountain by car or take the stairs which connect the two areas together.

Desecheo Suite I (2 adults) queen studio + plunge pool
Desecheo Suite II (2 adults) queen studio + plunge pool
Desecheo Suite III (2 adults) queen studio + plunge pool

All of the rooms have their separate entrances and are equipped with high efficiency air conditioning units, smart TVs, cable TV, high speed WiFi, private bathrooms with showers and kitchenettes with microwave, coffee-maker, coffee pods & dining essential utensils and other amenities. Fully equipped kitchen is available upstairs in Penthouse II.

Outdoors: Panoramic views everywhere! Infinity pool, lounge areas, sun deck, mountain top, outdoor cascade shower & outdoor bathrooms.

Parking: Four parking spaces inside OLV gate. Six parking spaces inside Desecheo Suites gate. Additional parking space area on outside lot.

Car rental is strongly recommended! There are no Ubers in the area and taxis are not easily available. We will share directions and pin location one week in advanced. Please review information before your stay, especially when checking in late at night.

The house is located on a rural residential area. High peak in Rincon! The drive is uphill and through the mountains but you don't need a 4x4 vehicle to get there. There is potential for sounds of nature, animals and neighbors.
