El Rinconcito Container Home Exp! Private Pool

Welcome to the New creation called El Rinconcito Container Home Exp! As it is mentioned, it is a Container Home of which it has all the features of a living Studio apartment, but, even better. It is located in Rincon, P.R. and it has it's own private pool located at the back of the Container. The container Home & the pool is surrounded by a private fence made of Zinc, adding More privacy to the guests that stays in the unit. We wanted to create a living space that is unique & elegant for guests.
The space
Welcome to the New elegant Container Home Exp located at Rincón,P.R. at 4 min from the plaza. At the back it has a private pool surrounded by a beautiful Zinc fence. Inside as well has all the essentials. It includes: microwave, electric stove, kitchen utensils, refrigerator, TV, water heater on the bathroom, air conditioner inverter, one queen bed, WIFI and a kitchen table.

** It is Weld (Soldado), thus, the container home is made to protect against Earthquakes, storms and hurricanes. This means the safety of the guest is secure in any case.

Guests when they arrive will see an arrow with a sign that mentions: El Rinconcito. You will go down that road and will proceed to enter the big land (Around 1 Acre).
The Container Home is on the same land as 1 house & the RV Unit. The pool is for use only for the guests of the Container Home, so is private (not shared). Only 1 person leaves upstairs which is the owner of the land, if you see her, just say hi and continue enjoying the area. Guests please, if you are expecting a unit which is completely on a deserted place where only you and your company will be alone on the complete area, it is not like that. We offer complete privacy, but again, you share the Land with a house and another short-term rental which has separation between the Container Home.

**The container home is 20 feet so is like a small studio.

Please note It doesn't have a view of the ocean because is not located at the beach.
It has an excellent location near many of the beaches in Rincon:
1. Playa Doña Lala (4 minutes in car distance)
2. Balneario de Rincon (5 minutes in car distance)
3. Black Eagle or La Marina (5 minutes in car distance)
4. Steps Beach (6 minutes in car distance)
5. Playa Los Almendros (9 minutes in car distance)
6. Maria’s Beach – Near “el Faro”. (9 minutes in car distance)
Has a surf spot called Domes.
This beach is recommended for surfers.
7. Sandy Beach – Near Tamboo Bar. (11 minutes in car distance)
It is also near Casa Verde Bar.

Econo supermarket is just at 3 minutes from the Container Home location.
Guest access

Guests will hace complete access to the Container Home and the Pool area. Both are ONLY for guest use.

Other things to note:

Guests will have available on the Smart TV to stream Disney+. WIFI not included but you can try connecting to CLAROA4F4F4_2GEXT.

The WIFI is not the best and we do not include WIFI on the facilities. But you may connect to our extension _2g or _5g.

Netflix is Not included. You will have to input your own Account on the TV to Stream Netflix on the Smart TV.

There are cameras on the property. Is just for safety and in no way invades the privacy of the guests as it just provides security on the entrance and road.

Watch your feet or any part with the shower at the Pool Area before entering the pool to maintain the cleanliness.

Leave Everything organized before check-out and clean your plates. Treat the Container Home like if its your own home, with care and love.

We are also pet friendly (additional fees apply), however guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness when welcoming a pet in the container home.
