Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Loved this property!

The owners thought of everything. It's very organized and the layout is great. We are from Texas so we loved that we had AC, usually not the norm in Colorado. We also loved having garage parking. Great home, we will rent again!

Perfect stay

We have stayed at a lot of homes area, but this was the best. It is new, clean, and it is the most equipped rental we've ever stayed in. The walking trail is right out the front door and excellent restaurants just a block away. Parking available and even offers a garage if you need it. We will be back.

Stayed for 5 nights, was very impressed with everything about this property. Attention to detail by the owners in a number of ways made it feel like a home from home. There was good communication and I appreciated the checking in to see if we were enjoying our stay or needed anything. Location was great and there was a good selection of bars and eateries; and the local supermarket was well stocked. I would definitely stay there again.

Fabulous condo

What a gorgeous place - I want to live there!!! Everything was top notch. The master suite had my name all over it!! :) and so did the kitchen! I loved the view from the deck and the town is so cute. I loved all the welcome gifts (especially the wine!!) and every little touch. I have stayed in tons of rentals. This is the best!

High end condo

Very convenient for activities in the San Juan mts. This is a very high end, modern home. Plenty of room and modern layout and design. Rooms are beautiful and beds are extremely comfortable. All appliances are top of the line.

This property far exceeded our expectations and from start to finish was one of the nicest properties we have rented. Very clean, quiet, close to the quaint town of Ridgway and so many little touches like coffee, tea bar and welcome toiletries and kitchen starter pack. The view was nice also. Wonderful stay!

Modern Townhome in Great location

The home was perfect for our stay. We had 6 adults and a baby and there was plenty of room. It was nice to park in the garage and walk to restaurants. Would definitely recommend this place!

Ouray Climbing Basecamp

Stayed at this location and was fantastic. Walking distance to ridgeway restaurants, close to hot springs and ice climbing park. Not far for a day drive to telluride as well. Place was well stocked with towels, bathroom supplies, and kitchen items. Would stay again, definitely recommend if in area

Wonderful!!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this fully stocked home. It was in a great, quiet neighborhood with beautiful views. Ouray was very close and Telluride was around 45 minutes away. There is a market down the road if you need groceries. Highly recommend this beautiful, clean home.

Beautiful fall getaway

Everything was perfect! The home was immaculate and had everything we needed. The views were amazing and we could walk to restaurants. Just steps from the trail that goes all the way to Ridgeway lake. Having a garage was really nice too!

Fantastic. Loved everything about it! Well situated in Ridgway, with lovely view of mountains. Convenient to everything! Well equipped with new and tasteful furniture, appliances, towels, utensils, etc. All arrangements very professionally and easily handled. Two suggestions - would benefit from a comfortable chair in living room with reading light. Consider adding two more chairs to back deck. Thanks for a wonderful visit!

What a perfect , cozy spot
 we could walk up the street for breakfast, adorable little downtown . Sat out on our balcony for coffee and watched herd of mule deer graze for breakfast. Drove 40 minutes into Telluride for the day . Short drive to hang out in Quray and Montrose, everything you need . We will definitely stay again , Thank you Kyle and Cindy
