I was also messaging our host important questions due to a bad winter storm coming through and it took him a while to respond to those and when he did, it seemed like he was entirely focused on making a buck. « Everything was great during our stay and I certainly recommend this rental! Coming into town, it was a little rough, but everything was fine. A lot of good restaurants within a short drive (definitely check out the tatoo’d moose!), downtown Charleston a short drive away and folly beach about 30-40 minutes. There is also a really cool grocery store nearby called Lowes that has a bar in it! »

« Dear SIr/Madam Unfortunately the property was not to the standard that we would expect for the price we paid. On arriving at the property we noted that the outside furniture was dirty, there are plants blocking the entrance to the stairs leading up to the apartment. The stairs and front door mat had not been swept and they were clustered with leaves. The outside sitting area was covered in leaves. Inside the tops of the curtains were full of dust, the floor was sticky and had not been cleaned....

« The place had pretty much everything we needed to stay there! It fit our group of 10 pretty well! It’s also fairly close to downtown and the beach. The host was super accessible! »

« The home was well stocked, clean and I loved the all white linens. The address was tricky to find. I think mostly because the neighbors had a truck and boat they worked on the entire weekend parked in front of the house. Not your fault, just be aware this location is in a lived in neighborhood. I should have done my homework better as for location. The property itself was great. »
