Other Things to Note:

✅ Barn Owl Hill Farm is a working crop farm, so expect agricultural activities like harvesting during certain seasons.

Guests should be aware that there is active farming on the property which includes 24 hours of harvest machinery during harvest which lasts one to two days. Harvest will happen sometime between the end of July and the end of August - exact timing is dependent on the weather. Other activity during various times of the spring and summer can include planting and tilling and similar goings-on.

✅ Guests are welcome to amble around the property but the outbuildings and barns are off-limits due to safety.

✅ There is a per stay dog fee of $100 per dog, no cats are permitted.

✅ Exterior security cameras are positioned facing the driveway to ensure your safety and security.

✅ Rural settings mean a presence of local wildlife and bugs, adding to the countryside experience.

✅ Older home features include occasional creaks and cozy bathrooms with varying water pressure.

✅ In case of power outages, the well pump may stop, but alternative water provisions are available.

✅ The farmhouse does not have central A/C but window units and fans keep it cool on hot days.
